TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…read more I went to my first appointment booked for 5:30pm. Since it was the first one, I thought that probably I would have to fill in some forms and I decided to arrive earlier at 5:15pm. When I arrived, the office was closed with a post-it on the door mentioning "I will come back at 5:45pm". I thought it was weird if my appointment was at 5:30pm but I decided to wait. The office is at the second floor on a building with no AC at the hallways and I did have a face mask so it was very annoying due to the hot. Then, at 5:40pm another client came and told me she did have an appointment at 5:45pm. So, when I explained to her than I had been waiting for a while she called the owner and she told her we were both there. This customer told me that she preferred calling her because the first time she went there the same thing happened to her and the owner had completely forgotten about her appointment as well. When the owner came back, she didn't even bother to apologize and she just asked the other lady to go inside instead of me who at that point had been waiting for more than 30 minutes! When I asked her about my appointment, she just told me what I was explaining was "impossible" because she did book my appointment for 6pm and that she went out at 5:30pm (seriously?! When she had done the same to the same other client on her first appointment as well? And when I had been there since 5:15pm?). In few words, after all the wait she just implied I was lying about the time of my appointment, as well as all the time I had been waiting there and she didn't even apologize. Just told me that because I did have to fill in some forms (almost at 6pm), the other customer was going first. I was VERY frustrated so I decided to find another place to go. Just a very AWFUL way to treat a customer on the first appointment!!

They say laser can help do that which in my case it has. Seru is just so sweet and accommodating. Yes, there is sometimes a wait but that is normal. It is expected wherever you go. I don't mind waiting because the prices are amazing and the staff are amazing too. Whenever I have a question or concern I can reach out to them in so many ways (phone, email, Facebook or Instagram) and I always get a prompt reply. The salon is very tidy and pretty! Zuzanna and her staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Zuzanna let me know what she was doing every step of the way and put me at ease. Shannon was my lash technician each time and she did a great job. When I first went in she gave me a brief consultation to figure out what I wanted. She did not try to upsell me (whereas some places will) and recommended that I go for the cheaper option of trying out the express lash set and add more if I wanted for my lash fill. Each fill I maintained a full set with a mix of 2D and 3D, I loved it. It was easy to get ready in the morning and many people complimented my lashes. They also provide a cute kit with a lash wand to brush your lashes and a facial sponge to better wash your face. The only feedback I would have is to give me more information about lash care, the card was helpful but I had to find out myself how to remove makeup and take care of them properly. My natural lashes did unfortunately get damaged and became extremely short after I removed them but I believe that should be normal.
