I've gone to other places that seem to work during sessions but all the growth comes back a few months later if I stop. Viola invests in good quality equipment with lasers that actually work! The hairs I have left are few and very fine even several months after treatment so I only need to shave once a week or even once a month(legs) to keep everything silky smooth. Now I only go for treatments every 6 months or so for general upkeep. Fariba is also very warm. welcoming and professional. She takes great care to make sure you're comfortable during treatments and is very flexible/accommodating with her schedule. I typically just send her a text message now to schedule an appointment which makes it's easy and hassle free.

Then if you are doing the service, you go to another room and communicate with your person. Mine was Kayla and she was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and made recommendations. Told me to take pictures for my own benefit and I got 29 units of Dysport onto my forehead. I plan to go back as we discussed working across smile lines and eyes.

I call back and ask if she has any appointments available. she expresses she has availability for Tommorow. (Which is different from what she told me before) I than state I don't know if you recognize my voice I'm the one you spoke to earlier with the kenalog appointment. She paused than she says I have to PAY a deposit for my next appointment because I cancelled the last one. When I expressed I didn't cancel anything you gave me no indication you had two different locations. she cut me off and said "well that's fine the deposit is 50 dollars". Extremely unprofessional. Since I heard this clinic has a good deal on kenalog injections I paid the deposit . Literally on the day of my appointment she cancels saying I can not get my injections because the nurse is sick. She than gives me the date she initially gave me the first time she called me. Seems pretty clear to me she lied about sooner availability to snatch a deposit out of me.

I have been struggling to find the right RMT who can truly do a deep tissue to the exact pressure I need and Wendy has been the only one that have delivered. Better than my 4 season experience too dare I say. She has excellent control when it comes to consistent pressure or gauging the areas where she needs to concentrate, ease up or work more on. She did warn me that due to the deep pressure I may be sore the next day but you know what? I was not. I was limber, flexible and felt like a million bucks. While this level of deep tissue may not be for everyone, Wendy is the only RMT I have worked with so far that can adjust the pressure and constantly asks for feedback. Conversation was great. If you want to relax you can do that as well and doze off without needing to carry on much of the chit chat. I was extremely surprised to find this level of satisfaction with a random place I completely found by fluke. Really went above and beyond for my customer experience. Apart of that the clinic is clean and they provide slippers for you to change into which I like as a added spa feel. They also do lash extension, facials and laser hair removal (none of which I have tried). Up next, I want to try the Thai Massage which Wendy recommended. I like that she did not up-sell like other clinics but genuinely just recommended her colleague to me based on my complaints and symptoms. Bit of background...I attended the Yonge Street location for my treatments and the Bay St. location…read morefor my consultation. I underwent a series of CO2 laser treatments, including fractional laser on my cheeks, for my icepick acne scars between 2022 and 2023. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. Despite spending over $6,000 on 6 sessions and additional mandatory treatment skincare products, the results did not meet expectations. This was extremely disheartening in the end, as the procedure itself was extremely painful, requiring a full week of downtime after each session. TREATMENT: During my treatments, I noticed inconsistencies in the care provided. While Ina, the technician responsible for most of my sessions, did take her time during less busy appointments, I noticed she would rush through sessions when her schedule was packed. Given that EACH session cost around $1,000 for 50 minutes of treatment time, I expected a more consistent level of care. I understand it's a business, but for the cost, a little more attention and respect to the patient should have been given... I strongly believe there is a chance that I did not get the results I was told by the staff I would get, because of the lack of attention actually given during the treatments. CUSTOMER SERVICE: After 3x initial sessions, I was advised in December 2022 to undergo an additional 3, with the clinic CONFIDENTLY promising me a 60% reduction in the appearance of my scars. Unfortunately, after completing all 6 sessions, I saw little to no improvement (less than 10%). Rather than addressing my concerns with empathy, Ina and the front desk staff attempted to sell me more sessions, which was disheartening, considering the financial and emotional investment I had already made. Overall, this experience gave me the impression that the clinic prioritizes profit over patient care. Considering the pain, time, and significant cost involved, I expected a higher standard of professionalism, bedside manner, and customer service. I strongly do NOT recommend this clinic, as it appears to focus more on profit than truly helping patients.

When I called to do so, they confirmed an appointment time that I never requested, which was odd because I would never have scheduled at that time. I rescheduled and called two weeks in advance to confirm my appointment. They confirmed it, but when I arrived, I was told that my appointment was actually the day before. When I asked for clarification, they questioned who had confirmed it, even though they do not send email confirmations. Overall, the scheduling and communication are extremely disorganized. Very disappointing experience
