Everything was so clean and well taken care of. - Plenty of parking close to the airport and don't hear the planes at all. -will definitely be returning. Rooms very roomy and clean with kitchenette and all the dishes and utilities you need to cook, with a good size fridge and freezer. They do have blinds for the windows, just not really blackout. We rigged a hanger with clips to hold the curtains closed. The bed was very comfortable with comfortable pillows. Put my head down and didn't wake up until 6 am! Best sleep ever for a hotel. Also provides transport service to and from the airport.

The bartender recommended I use Zero8 Designated Drivers service. Zero8 Designated Drivers showed up with two drivers. One driver to drive me and my rental car back to my hotel, and the second driver to drive the Zero8 driver back to their officer. My driver was entertaining and friendly. I arrived safe and sound, with my driver's license intact. It didn't cost much more than a regular taxi ride, my rental car was back at the hotel for my use the next day, and best of all, I didn't drive drunk (or buzzed). This is a great service, and I feel good doing the right thing (staying off the road when I've reached my limit).

You can choose to have breakfast at 7:30am, 8am or 8:30am and you get all sorts of choices. Garry makes a great omelet and waffle, but you can also get fresh fruit, a muffin, breakfast meats and more. We really felt like staying at this B&B was much better than one of the expensive area hotels. It was like coming home every day after a long day at work. I felt spoiled and thoroughly pampered. The breakfast was so very good that I had to stop myself from ordering pancakes, waffles and eggs Benny every morning. Garry took great care in preparing the breakfast which was served early in the morning. You can order as much as you want by filling a card the evening before. I had the pleasure to be at the B&B with other nice guests so I had pleasurable morning conversation before I headed to work. I could have been utterly miserable bivouacked in the place but I felt totally at home. My room was just the right size and the bathroom had lots of little amenities and toiletries that made me feel as if I was staying with my relatives. The rate here is very reasonable and Garry and his wife were so accomodating even sharing their cards when I needed to post mail. This place almost makes me want to visit Saskatoon again. Almost.

I travel on business a lot... and have been using National as my preferred choice…read more Coming to Saskatoon, Shelby greeted me with a smile and assisted me with a vehicle upgrade... due to my membership status. A day later, I got an email inquiring about my rental experience so far. This is a 1st as I never got these before. Well I had to voice my opinion... as I was not impressed with the rental I got. The interior dash was not wiped and was Dusty, coffee stains... plus the windows had smears. I got a reply right away and a phone call. Shelby continued to offer me another vehicle and I picked one... which had to be arranged as it was at another yard. I later figured out she got it from their sister company Enterprise. The switch over was flawless and I really appreciated the quick response to making me happy. Sadly, the new rental also had some garbage... McDonald's cup u dear a seat and sunflower seeds on the front passenger seat. This gives me an idea of how well they go over their return vehicles. The windows and dash was better... so I took some pics and off I went. 1 week later, I am back to return the rental... Shelby is at the counter. Again, the same warm smile and remembering me, my issues and wanting to know how the change of vehicles went. I did share my findings and expressed that it was better than the first. She again apologized which I appreciated, knowing it isn't her fault. She offered me a discount and that again goes to show me... her exceptional customer service. As I went to get her card, knowing I was going to review my experience at this location... she was so grateful that I was going to make a review. I am giving this a 4 star and it really is all Shelby. Keep up the great work and superior custimer satisfaction. This level of service is far and few nowadays. Being an executive overseeing managers who oversee employees on a daily basis, I know that we all love to hear of the front end... how things are going when it's positive... not always just the negative or when shit hits the fan.

They gave me a one bedroom suite ... sweet! The tub was perfect! The bed was comfy! All the suites have a balcony and I had a river view. The room had complementary bottled water, WIFI (it was speedy) and parking. There was a Keurig in-room brewer with coffee, hot chocolate and tea, and an in-room safe in the closet. There is a mini-fridge stocked with pop and alcohol and treats (cookies, nuts, etc.) ... you pay for what you use. There is a bar in the lobby and you can order food. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. There was also a complimentary full hot breakfast ($18 if you are a non-guest) with waffles, eggs, sausages, potatoes, ham, muffins, croissants, etc. There was also a chef who will make you an omelette. I stopped in there on Wednesday and had ready-made scrambled eggs, turkey ham and fresh fruit.
