The hotel that I was staying arranged this taxi service to take me to the airport. However the taxi service never showed up. I called and reached the answering service which says the call will be returned within 10 minutes. However, no calls were ever returned. The hotel also called for me with no avail. Bad service and it should be avoided at all times. read more

Over all completely disappointed! Scheduled hours in advanced to be picked up from MBS airport at 4:15pm. It wasn't until the third time I called that I finally got an answer. Finally had a taxi heading my way, which didn't get to me until 5pm. 45 minutes late and on top it, made me ride with another passenger. I called Brenda to complain about the situation I had and explained that I was stranded at the airport with my 5yo son for almost an hour. I told her that they had a lack of communication, professional, and customer service. Her response was that forgot to schedule my taxi and that her company ran fluently and hung up on me. Brenda is so unprofessional and ignorant. She had the nerve to call me a fag and to get out of Bay city. Plain ignorant! She's so unprofessional. I would not ever recommend her for the taxi service or her hobby service of Doggie Stylz Groomers on two mile road. It was filthy and she cut my dog so bad that she needed medical attention. Very unprofessional I would never recommend this company I've called multiple times no answer I called today no answer she replied with a text I set up a pick up for myself and my daughter to take her to appt she never showed up nor called to say she wasn't coming I messaged and called her with no response this isn't the first time from this company either my mother has had a few bad experiences with this company as well or them never having change when we pay also one of there drivers use to bring his son with him all the time while driving because he said the mother couldn't control him Wich is also very unprofessional especially not knowing how many people are riding never asking and having smokers in and out of vehicles... I know the owner also has a dog grooming and painting business I wouldn't trust any business through them!! If i could give a 0 star review I would. My mom called 2 days in advance on sat for a ride on monday to go get our covid shots 20 miles away Brenda the owner personally handled moms calls and assured my mom she would be at our place at 2:45 to get us there for sure by 3:15 and then she didnt show up :( anyways just a piss poor way to run things coulda mom called monday morning even to reconfirm that they were coming 4 hrs before the pickup and mom was told u were coming and she watied and waited and waited and now we gotta find another covid shot :( Sucks read more

My hotel ordered them for a 4:25 hotel pick up for my flight. They had not arrived by 4:45 and never even called to say they couldn't make it. The pick up was confirmed with hey yo taxi by the hotel and they couldn't even bother to call and let me know they weren't coming. Simply just left to miss a flight. Unacceptable service ! read more

After my other taxi service decided to cancel on me, without notice, I called Hey Yo Taxi and was picked up asap and charged way less than the original service had quoted me. Car was clean, driver was pleasant and the drive was very nice, no white knuckling needed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the tri city area. read more

I scheduled my pick up about 2 weeks in advance of my trip. I received an automated response and then one from someone with Hey Yo Taxi. I figured there wouldn't be an issue with my scheduled pick up time since I received those confirmations. The morning of my flight, I was ready well in advance of my scheduled pick up time and was watching/waiting for my ride. About 15 minutes after they were supposed to have picked me up, they still had not shown up. So I called the number listed in the confirmation. It rang several times, but no one answered. I didn't leave a message the first time. I waited another 10 minutes, and still no ride showed up. I called a 2nd time. Again it rang several times, but no one answered. This time I left a voice mail. I never received a call back. I waited 10 more minutes. Still, no one showed and no call back. I called the number again. This time it rang once and went directly to voice mail. I waited another 5 minutes. No one showed and still no call. I called the number again, and again it rang once and went to voice mail. After waiting for about 45 minutes, I gave up waiting and decided to drive myself. I called one last time. No answer, so I left the final voice message that I was no longer needing a pick up. I still have never received any sort of communication back from anyone on this. I chose to go with a taxi service because my trip was for 2 weeks, and I was wanting to save money on parking. Luckily I had another option available to get to the airport. Needless to say, I will never try using this company again and I certainly will never recommend them to anyone. read more
