Finally, she called over the front desk girl to mediate. Again, Irene would stop every few seconds just to see if I would give her the okay. I am not of this profession, so I cannot tell if the acrylic is applied properly if you won't file it. Then, I asked her about a section of my nail that looked odd so when I asked the front desk girl if it was my nail she said "it's the acrylic" and Irene just start filing it. I did not tell her to file I just asked and she totally curved my nail. I softly said "oh no, she curved it". Then Irene just got up and walked away. I sat there for a while for another tech to service me, but was told no one could service me after sitting there without acknowledgment for 10 minutes. My demeanor was calm, polite, and flexible.
