Great service, product and quality service. The place is clean and doesn't have the nail polish scent. I had such an amazing experience at this new nail salon! I used to think my nails weren't made for extensions because every time I went to Bella Vous, my full sets would be gone within just 5 days. This happened at least 3 times back to back and I stopped going because the last time I got them there the same thing happened. The final straw was I lost my full right set within a week, and then the left hand extensions within the next two days. After consistently paying for overpriced nails that didn't last, I decided to try this wonderful place. To my surprise, my nails lasted so long that I had to get tools to remove them--and even then, my thumb nail extension is still on! Truly amazed by the flawless application. I was looking for a last minute opening on a Saturday morning for a gel pedicure for my daughter and I. Luckily they had availability and took us in right away. It was my daughters first time getting a full service gel pedicure. She was suppose to go first but was too shy. They let me go ahead of her while she watched. To say the least she has a great time from picking the color to scrubbing her feet. David took care of us and was very gentle. David ended my pedicure with a little massage and I about knocked out lol. So glad I found this little gem. This will most definitely be my new pedicure spot! read more

But today i chose her and she was rushing like she had someone waiting for her that ended up cutting me twice!! She put a blue oil that who knows what that was. I will never go back to that place. I'm a first timer at this place and the lady seemed nice at first but then things went down hill when she said "done" first of all three of my toes were all messed up while I was still sitting in the chair and she was like "oh it was the brush" but she seem not to care because more people were arriving at the store. Then when I came to do my nails all off the dry skin was still on the tool from my feet were still on it when she was doing my nails. Then she filled down my nails two times I had to repeat my self on what shape I wanted. Anyways THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I have been going here for years. Customer service is always amazing. Over the years I've gone to other nail shops when my specific nail tech wasn't available but they didn't compare. Emily has been doing my nails now for 2 years and she does an amazing job. I'm on a first name basis with most of the techs and they always greet me and ask how I'm doing. Horrible, horrible. I wish I took a picture of my nails when I had them. Their matte finish is disgusting. Most nail salons are Vietnamese, I'm pretty sure this was a Vietnamese/Cambodian owned shop. As I was sitting they were talking crap in Cambodian, not realizing I was Cambodian. They have belittle and talked down on everybody that was there. Even said that this lady kept using the restroom just dirty It. I kept quiet the whole time, I had turned my body to talk to someone and she was just talking crap about in Cambodian. A poor regular that called to make an appt, they even were talking smack bout her. Ridiculous. Maybe I would give them credit if their nail work was great but nope. I wanted coffins shaped and they came out like square blobs. Plus the nail tech also cut me a few time. After my nails were done, I politely said thank you in Cambodian and was on my way. this comment goes for all the people who have never been to this place, do not let Mrs. Tina do your nails, she does not know what she is doing, she cut me very ugly around my nails when she was doing my nails with the little machine that they use to file the nails and did not do them to me as I asked her she did what she wanted to do and she left them all uneven and badly made, yesterday was my first time that I went to that place if I had known that this lady does not know how to do nails I would not have let her do them to me and I do not know why they have her there as a worker if she does not know how to do her job well to her clients specially the new clients, she did not deserve to be paid for the bad work she did to me and for all the cuts she made on my fingers, but the stupid one of me pays her and as I leave her 5 dollars of tip for the bad work that she did to me and for the bad attitude that she has with her clients being that she did not get deserved any money I payed her for a job that I did not ask for and for a job badly done, I went yesterday Friday afternoon.
