Odd behavior. The salon advertises "walk-ins" accepted so I when I walked in everyone just stared at me. Finally, someone said that I could come in the next day, but make sure I'm not late. Rude. Apparently, they were too busy for my business so I went one block over and found a great salon that took me immediately. This salon did me a favor as I found a bigger & better place. Dorita is a lovely woman that has been keeping my nails looking pretty. She's a perfectionist and meticulous with her work which never disappoints. I keep my nails shorter than others but she is still up for the challenge when I show her designs that more meant for a larger/longer nail. I also really appreciate she is always so punctual. Aracely is also a nice person that typically does my pedicures. She keeps my toes looking pretty even though I often keep covered in my shoes . Thankfully I do still get to show them off at home and when the weather is good for open-toed shoes. She's also worked on my hand nails and had a good experience with her as well. I appreciate she's always checking in to make sure I'm comfortable. The salon is always clean, welcoming, intimate, and has good music playing as well. Their online booking system is also great because as a working mother, I have a lot on my schedule to juggle. read more

She was so so nice and understanding; it didn't feel awkward or tense during the whole process and her nail tech was super nice and understanding on why I didn't like the nails. Today was my first time here and if I'm being honest I had such a nice time. I came in the morning and Dorita and this other lady greeted me super nicely. They automatically made the environment feel comfortable . Dorita offered me coffee and water which was very nice in the morning lol.
