That turned out to be completely inaccurate. After pickup, a major delamination issue was discovered along the bottom of the hull between the bunks, with missing gel coat and compromised fiberglass. This is not minor wear--it's a serious structural problem that requires thousands of dollars to repair. This isn't something subtle or easy to miss. It's the kind of damage a marine dealership should immediately recognize. Failing to disclose it--while describing the hull as "good"--is, at best, careless and, at worst, intentionally misleading. When the issue was raised, there was no accountability and no effort to make it right. If this is the standard for how equipment is evaluated and represented, buyers should be extremely cautious. Do not rely on descriptions--inspect everything yourself or be prepared for a very expensive surprise.

We had initially reserved a boat for Monday [5/3], but the weather was so bad and scary that we called and they allowed us to postpone until Friday [5/7]. It was a *beautiful* boat day! Blue skies, not a cloud to be seen, albeit a liiiitle bit chilly [not their fault!] and we'd forgotten our long sleeves! :( Grant checked us in, Jacob helped us with the boat [didn't catch the name of the gentleman who actually put the boat in the water with the giant forklift, but he was awesome, too!]. We did our annual Lake Tuscaloosa jaunt down to Sharpe's Landing and Rock Quarry boat ramp and back up to Tierce Patton Road. Jacob even helped get our cooler out of the boat in into the car!! You often just don't get customer service of that caliber anymore! Granted, they've ramped up the charge [$375 from $250 for the day] from the previous owner... But I *think* they're about to either upgrade the boat(s) OR give them a little more power [from 115HP]. They also have wet AND dry storage and perform maintenance/repairs on engines, but I have no experience with those aspects of this business.

It wasn't because they were super busy or even ignoring us. It seemed more out of respect and to give us space. I guess they are good on judging character. I hate for someone to crowd me. When we made eye contact Tyler made sure to come right over and ask if there was anything specific we had in mind. He showed us many different types of ATV's, UTV's, and even a couple of carts. We ultimately came in for a couple of bikes. They did have low stock. But, they had a lot more than any surrounding dealership and were a lot more personable. The facility was well lit and very inviting. There was nice music playing in the background. It wasn't to the point to where you couldn't talk to them or be able to think. The customer service was absolutely superb. After deciding on which bike to choose, he made sure to tell me of their finance options as well as the fact I could pay cash. They ran my credit and while waiting for everything else, they introduced me to the wonderful lady who gave us options of accessories. We decided to go with light bars and some really great submersible speakers since I am probably going to sink it the first day off the trailer;) They made sure to keep the secret from my husband that I was buying him one since he was buying me one.
