Ours was maybe a little slow, so John kept him for an extra couple of weeks at no additional charge to work with him some more. Yes, the dogs are crated when not being worked during short training sessions several times a day, so if that burns you, then go elsewhere. But really, where is the training facility or kennel for that matter that doesn't have to leave dogs mainly confined for safety reasons? I like to think of it as a dog boot camp. Your dog won't come back after 6 weeks completely fixed from every bad behavior and able to do everything a trained LEO dog can do. But you'll have a great baseline to continue to build obedience as you work and grow with your dog.

First time we went to Saluda the girl who we asked about the feeder mouse was extremely rude and seemed like she couldn't care less about helping us. Today we went back to pick up a mouse and the boy who got them seemed like he hated his job and wasn't very pleasant. Then not even 10 minutes into the drive home the mouse starts spazzing out, possibly has a seizure, and dies. I have never had a mouse that I got from the place that's 45 minutes away die on me so I know that's not normal. So I definitely did not feed that to my snake. I will never go back to this pet store for anything ever again. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this place. Bad customer service, and obviously sick animals.

They are gentle when doing medical exams and treatments, even though he is muzzled. Now that we've moved nearly an hour away, I still take my dog to Holmes. He is happier there than any of the other 5-10 places we've tried, and he is well taken care of and loved by the staff.

K9 corner is the only place he had felt comfy and relaxed away from home. He loved the people (not his forte in public due to his abuse), loved the other dogs and just was so excited when we pulled into the parking lot. To add, Marble was 145 lb Great Dane. So this was no small task. Another plus, large runs for large breed dogs. Sadly, I recently lost Marble to old age. In addition to marble they have taken care of several of my foster Danes. Very unprofessional employee. Constantly complaining about the schedule, or who quit. Constantly speaking down to me. I told Lexi if she could please stop complaining and being rude because it is not my business, and my mother just died. She complained about how busy they were with someone quitting again, and I asked her to stop being rude. And her way of handling it was to cancel my grooming appointment for today and tomorrow, which is what she was aiming for the whole time.

Later came to pick my dog up and they had shaved her down to the skin all over without notifying me nor did it look anything like the picture I had shown them. The lady who cut her hair was not there when I picker her up and the secretary was incredibly rude and short with me. Several of the groomers were also yelling at the dogs and being incredibly unprofessional when I was checking out. They ended up charging me $120 for a bath and groom which I thought was slightly steep but with how inflation has been went ahead and paid as well as tipped not thinking much more about it. Got my dog in the car and she appeared incredibly anxious which is not like her. When I got home I noticed she was bleeding in two spots on her back where they had nicked her with the clippers. Several days later she started obsessively licking the underside of her tail and after inspecting found another deeper gash from the clippers which was developing an angry infection. As a result took her to my vet to be examined and she was put on antibiotics . Needless to say this place is the worst facility I have ever experienced with my dogs and it should be shut down. I suggest anyone who loves and cares for their fur baby to not let them experience this sort of trauma and abuse. I repeat do not go here!!! HORRIBLE!!

I highly recommend this pet sitter for your pets. You don't have to worry unnecessarily when you are away. It's not like a pet hotel where your baby is locked in a cage all day. They play in the yard a lot and then have rest time. Very knowledgeable as well.
