Dr. Goodson arrived promptly and handled the situation with the utmost care and professionalism. He explained everything that he was doing and what was to be expected. He allowed us time to say our goodbyes in private while he waited outside. We had to put our other Neapolitan Mastiff to sleep a few weeks after and Dr. Goodson, again, exhibited wonderful care. I cannot say enough good things about him and his work. Despite us going through a very difficult time, Dr. Goodson remained very professional, informative and did his best to take our minds off of the situation at-hand. He, again, allowed us to say our goodbyes in private and he waited outside until we were done. He was very respectful, helpful, educational and transparent. They offer texting to communicate which is super helpful when you're crying your eyes out. Dr Goodson was so calm and peaceful and made me feel more at ease with my decision. He walked me through everything even though I read it all online a million times, your emotions will blur your memory. Dr Goodson came to my home so I didn't have to stress my little guy out. He gave me space to say goodbye during the process and then with the most gentle care, took my little guy with him. Within a week and a half I had the ashes back in a decorative wooden urn and a paw print in beautiful packaging. The whole package provided was the best choice I could have made so that I can focus on my goodbye and my grieving. Although I hope to never need Dr Goodson again, I would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone in need of this service.

Later came to pick my dog up and they had shaved her down to the skin all over without notifying me nor did it look anything like the picture I had shown them. The lady who cut her hair was not there when I picker her up and the secretary was incredibly rude and short with me. Several of the groomers were also yelling at the dogs and being incredibly unprofessional when I was checking out. They ended up charging me $120 for a bath and groom which I thought was slightly steep but with how inflation has been went ahead and paid as well as tipped not thinking much more about it. Got my dog in the car and she appeared incredibly anxious which is not like her. When I got home I noticed she was bleeding in two spots on her back where they had nicked her with the clippers. Several days later she started obsessively licking the underside of her tail and after inspecting found another deeper gash from the clippers which was developing an angry infection. As a result took her to my vet to be examined and she was put on antibiotics . Needless to say this place is the worst facility I have ever experienced with my dogs and it should be shut down. I suggest anyone who loves and cares for their fur baby to not let them experience this sort of trauma and abuse. I repeat do not go here!!! HORRIBLE!!

What isn't understandable is how the lady treated us. Not only did the lady who answered the call chastise us for letting our cats go outside, her advice was basically put it outside and let it fend for itself.
