I explained that this was unacceptable and requested either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. Matt's response was that I could "take it to court." It sounds like it's coming from my a-pillars that are attached to the sides of the glass. From talking to other glass replacement places, they all were going to replace those because supposedly they break whenever they remove the glass. Doing research online, everyone says to replace the moldings. My a-pillars were never replaced and I'm wondering why I'm hearing vibration now. Also, my rear view mirror vibrates like crazy now. I get dizzy even trying to through it. There was never an issue before until it was installed on this new glass. If you're looking for one of the cheapest glass installers this is prob the guys you should call but beware it won't be 100% quality.

Also, they didn't ask for a ton of personal info. Just a name and a signature and got to work. Most places want email and phone numbers and such so they can spam or sell info. It's good to find a place that just wants the necessary stuff. 10/10 would go again and send fam/friends to get their cars done.
