On tueday, they called to tell me my appointment was moved to Thursday because the installer called off. Thursday morning comes along, we call to confirm the appointment and they tell us everything is good and they'll be here this afternoon. 2:30 rolls by and we call Safelite for them to tell us the installer cancelled! Wtf! Cancelled twice and the second time I had to call them to tell me he wasn't coming! Worst thing is you can't even talk to anyone from the Safelite facility that's working on your car. You talk to some random 800 number person who barely speaks English. What a joke for a nation wide corp to run a business like this.
