This post is late, but came in here to get my front windshield on my 2020 Corolla replaced. First of all the communication between the shop and I was quick and straightforward. I cannot remember the young gentleman's name but once I showed up he said the job would be a few hours( mainly to let the glues set). He was very polite and professional, went to a local coffee shop shop and soon enough my car was done. They offer to pick up your vehicle if need be, but it is faster if you come drop it off. By far the best customer service in regards to automotive care. I've taken cars previously to other "reputable shops" ie safelite and I wish I can go back in time and take my cars here to first choice auto glass. I called their provided phone number and spoke to Jason, who was extremely kind and responsive. He provided an honest quote without cutting any corners. Himself and a colleague came to my house and picked up my vehicle and drove it to their shop for a windshield replacement and back within a couple hours. This is the type of business with the slogan "pleasure of doing business with you." First impression over the phone was good communication and extremely helpful! My bf called and nobody answered, but got a callback; not many places do that. My car needed a windshield replacement (a tiny crack took over almost my entire windshield over the span of 6 months) and calibration. They offered to pick up the car as a convenience with those who WFH and have kids to take care of, I'm all for it! Picked up on time, both dad and son duo explained what they were doing and assured me they'd keep me updated via text throughout the process. Sure enough, they did. When I called Scott he explained to me that supposedly RECALIBRATING is just a up selling. He educated me on the process of changing the windshield which no calibration is necessary. My experience with 1st Choice was great. I had my window broken (not fun) and so I needed my window replaced and fast. I'm not from this area and I was only here visiting. I didn't want to drive hours home with no window. I immediately start calling other auto glass companies only to hear that it's gonna be an arm and a leg and it'll take days for them to get the specific glass for my car. Hello, decided to write this review as I am very happy with the service. Had my windshield replaced by 1st choice after calling to have the time changed due to unforeseen issues they where able to. Omar came out at 1:30pm was able to replace the windshield very fast said 45mins and he was done in 35mins price was 230.00 for a windshield price was very fair, happily paid the price plus a 10.00 tip to omar for excellant service. I will definitely be calling back when I need another windshield will also be recommending to friends and family!!! read more

I was having trouble finding a windshield for an old Jeep. It was cracked by a rock kicked up by a big rig. My insurance recommended a big well known company and they came out. I have used this big company before and never had a problem before. The first technician came out and told me he didn't have a specific tool and would have to go back to his office but he never returned. Instead they rescheduled. The next technician came out and told me the windshield he brought out was broken and they would have to reschedule again! The next one came out and told me that he could not replace the windshield! I called two other companies that my insurance agent recommended but they never called me back. Scott and his company had actually fixed a side window before and I found his number. After a couple of texts and phone calls, he came out and replaced the windshield! I'm extremely happy with the service and highly recommend this company! read more
