Tried it twice…read more First time: asked for the tea with less sugar than normal. Was told no, the lady there refused to put in less sugar, I needed to try it how she likes to make it. Uh....ok, I'll try it I guess.... And of course it was WAY too sweet. Tried again later, they didn't refuse to do less sugar, but the tea was burnt on both mine and my.wife's drinks (2 different types of tea).

I was perplexed and baffled when I walked up to get my ice cream. I have heard multiple good reviews on this shop, therefore I held this store to a very high expectation. However, it did not meet any of my expectations at all as it was a sad sad cone of pure disappointment. As I was ordering I saw the most horrifying image in my entire life, I saw a cockroach running across the counter. I was petrified, I dropped my cone into the nearest trash can where it belonged in the first place and ran out the area without any hesitation. My husband was also baffled when he found a piece of fine cat hair, I was disgusted I will never be coming back ever again and I hope you guys don't either. Also the lady running the shop that day was very distracted on her phone which was very unprofessional especially since she was older and in her middle age. read more
