When I looked on yelp for specialist in this field Eddie stood out because of his reviews so I thought to try him out after all what do I have to lose. When I spoke to eddie on the phone he reassured me of a lot of concerns and stresses I was thinking of and dealing with. I'm not going to lie once reaching his shop I didn't know what to expect plus I was dealing with anxiety from the whole situation. Little did I know meeting not only made my day better but he also fixed my car by exposing me to alternative solutions. Not only do people attempt to take advantage of me because I'm a woman but also because I drive a Mercedes. I needed brakes and there was no way I was going to the dealership to have the replaced . So, I searched on Yelp and of course I came across a plethora of businesses but Bolles was the only one that had all five stars, I gave them a call and spoke with the owner's son (sorry i forgot his name) he was very polite, and knowledgeable. The next day o took my car to them to be serviced. I dropped it off and they called me a couple of hours later with an estimate. Yes the estimate was pricey but again he was using Merced's parts and we all know that those aren't cheap. But what I appreciated most was their honesty . He told me that the rotors on the back were shit and definitely had to be replaced but the front were fine and if the price was too much I could actually wait awhile (not forever, but a payday or two) before replacing the brakes . I thought this was the most honest expertise I had ever had with an unknown mechanic. If you want the job done right, with friendly, professional people I would recommend this business to you and anybody who needed a wheel alignment and or brakes . I came today to have them checked rear brakes due to some noise coming out and his mechanic quickly checked, adjusted , and cleaned both of my rear brakes. Now there's no noise. At the same time I asked Tony about my torn caliper boot on my front brake. So he ordered a new caliper for $60 and charged me pretty cheap labor to replace the caliper as well as adjusting & clean rear brakes. I sat down and spoke to Tony older guy about his work experience in the days where he had hard time getting raise from his bosses even after working in one company for 5 years, crazy isn't it. The boss got annoyed and told Tony " the door is open for your to start your own business if you want to make more money". So that was exactly what Tony did, he started this repair business which he said he should had done sooner. One thing mentioned about someone stole his products. He didn't felt bad about it. He said someone must need money bad to buy food or something, and David was ok with that. What a gentleman. We need to support this small business, and there are many good hard working people. I took my car to him June 8,2026 to have spark plugs changed. After he was already working on my car he told me he needed CASH even though he has signage posted saying he accepts credit cards. Being that he already had my car took apart I felt I had no other option. $1,450 later my car was done only to have the same issue reappear 6 weeks later. Myself and another mechanic took my car back to him to let him know the issue. Without even scanning my car he said I have an ignition problem. Then he said I have a compression leak which is a blown head gasket. He said I overheated my engine. I did NOT! I have a 2018 bmw the car would've alerted me. Also if my car overheated it would've been overheating as it was running and we were speaking but it did not overheat. He refused to show me the print out from the scan or to scan my car so I can see the code for the compression leak! He just got upset and started yelling. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
