Recently, I ordered 5 custom shirts with my initials, specifically requesting French cuffs. There must have been some miscommunication because the first batch didn't have them. No problem--I brought one of the shirts back, handed it to them, and asked for 5 more of the exact same shirt but with French cuffs. I was told that wouldn't be an issue. What I received was nowhere near the same. The fabric and color don't match--the originals had some stretch, making them comfortable and easy to move in, while the new ones are stiff and restricting. The collars are different too: the originals had slots for removable collar stays, but the new ones came with flimsy built-ins. On top of that, the sleeves are slightly too long and missing the gauntlet button on the placket. I even tried wearing one, thinking maybe I could live with it, but at the end of the day it's simply not what I ordered or paid for. When I calmly explained the situation, expecting they'd just correct the mistake, I was met with indifference and a lack of accountability. I was even told I must have chosen the wrong fabric--something I never did, as I clearly handed them the original shirt to replicate. Even the person I spoke with admitted the shirts were completely different, yet they refused to make it right. As a small business owner myself, I know mistakes happen. But when it comes to bespoke items, refusing to fix an obvious mistake is unacceptable. Unfortunately, they've lost my business for good.

Ironically, at the same time, our response was, "Ok, it's 10:45". Then, I said, "Are you telling us we can't wash and we need to leave?". "You'll don't close to 12, which means we have a little over an hour to do what we need to do. Besides, it's other people still here drying their clothes and if you have to stay a few minutes pass 12 to insure everyone is finish, it is your job to do so. Then she began speaking Spanish to her colleague. If we didn't have our clothes inside already, we would've left back out. At 11:33, one of the washers stopped and my friend placed the white clothes in the dryer. Immediately following, the color clothes stopped. He looked up and the young lady walked by him stirring and he felt as if she was giving him an hint. So, he said "Check the laundromat down the street hours because the staff conduct is unprofessional and I just want to get out of here. I will never come back here". After checking, Yes laundromat hours, we left with wet clothes very upset and dissatisfied. I thought it was necessary to let the female staff know because of her behavior and making us feel uncomfortable. We are leaving with wet clothes and going down the street to another laundromat to dry our clothes. She showed no empathy. Her behavior is unacceptable. We should've never been made to feel we couldn't fulfill both washing and dryer while at this laundromat. Therefore, we will never go here again. The sad part about it, I suggested we go here, which was my friend first time. So, of course, I felt bad that he had to go through this.
