I had put my clothes in the machine, put my soap, put my card in and went to push start and the machine was giving an error that the water was low and it wouldn't let me start the machine. I went to call the guy for help and I said hello to him, he didn't say anything back. I went to the machine and he followed me and tried to start it but it didn't work so he restarted the machine. He then walked away from me not saying anything so I kept saying "excuse me, excuse me" and he just kept walking. He finally turned around and I asked him was he going to refund me the money the card took, he said that was what he was going to do....WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING THEN?? He came back and restarted the machine and it was still giving the same error message. He then told me to move my clothes to a different machine and I was trying to explain to him that I already put the soap in the machine and he just kept repeating "move it to another machine then proceed to yell at me "what did I say!?" and that I don't listen and started pulling his ear while yelling at me that I don't listen. That was utterly rude...I am not his child and there was no reason for him to get loud and disrespectful with me.

Unfortunately, today's experience completely changed my opinion. While doing laundry, I pulled out my laptop to do some work at one of the tables provided for customers. A staff member approached me and asked whether I was actually doing laundry because her boss had called specifically to ask about my partner and me. To be clear, I do not blame the attendant. It was obvious she was simply following instructions. Based on what I was told, it appears the owners were reviewing the security cameras and contacted her about us specifically. My issue is with how that situation was handled. I found the interaction insulting and uncomfortable. It felt like they assumed I was there simply to hang out and use the table rather than as a paying customer who was actively doing laundry. What made the experience even more upsetting was that I did not see staff question any other patrons in the same way. My partner and I were definitely in the minority at that location, which left me wondering whether we were singled out because we looked like we "didn't belong." Whether intentional or not, that was the message the interaction conveyed. If management is going to monitor customers through security cameras, they should at least conduct a thorough review before directing staff to confront patrons. A quick look would have shown that we were actively using multiple machines and were legitimate customers. Being questioned under those circumstances felt unnecessary and insulting. I was so upset by being unnecessarily targeted that I seriously considered leaving with soaking wet clothes and taking my business elsewhere. After five years as a loyal customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, I will not be returning to this location.

I know it seems lazy not to do you're on own laundry, but at one time I had a broken leg. Mr Kim saw me dragging my clothes in out of the rain and he came and actually got them for me. I didn't feel like sitting waiting for my laundry with a big old cast on so I asked him were the wash and fold services available, he said yes. I came back a day later my clothes were washed and folded perfectly. When I got back on my feet no pun intended, and was working three jobs I just didn't have the time to do the laundry. I would drop the clothes off in the morning and come back in the evening and they were done. Well I didn't keep 3 jobs so I begrudgingly started doing my laundry again and found that I was spoiled spoiled by Mr Kim. After about a year of not having him do my laundry I came back he remembered my name remember my son's and here we go again this is a wonderful service for people that are stretched for time. Unfortunately, there was no sign posted to warn customers that this machine dries well, but the interior sheet of metal was a little broken. It resulted in damaging my sleeping bag. I'm giving a star for the laundry attendant allowing me to use the facility past closing time, a star for the quantity of machines available, and a star for the price (25 cents for 9 minutes).
