I've been getting my clothes cleaned here for a couple years and will not be returning. Yesterday I picked up a couple cardigans and was informed one of the rather large shell buttons broke in half while they were cleaning it. They just said it was because they were fragile and it has happened to them before. They DID NOT offer a refund or even a discount to make it right. The cardigan sweater belonged to my mom and she was trusting me with it; now it's completely missing a button. Will not be returning here. Beware. read more

I've been here for all my clothes, and they're the best of the best. They put their customers FIRST and truly use 100% organic soaps/chemicals. I can tell a difference in my clothes compared to a different cleaners. Also, they take pictures of damages on your clothes BEFORE taking it in to wash/ dry clean so there won't be complaints. Idk what all the complain is in the other reviews, they thoroughly check the clothes in FRONT on you before taking it in to make sure there aren't major damages beforehand. I get a sick feeling when I leave a neg review for nice people but I must say... My husband has taken all his nice shirts to dry cleaners for over 20 years. When we met in Seattle, I found an organic/eco friendly place for him to take them to, which he did for 3 years before we came to the Tri Cities. NEVER a problem with damaged clothing ever. He has taken his shirts to Hi-Tech 4 times and two of those times he had damage on a shirt, the first time it was a weird looking mark along the whole top of the shoulders, it looked like the dye on the fabric was all smudged, we took it to another place but they said it can't be fixed so he threw it away. This was sad but we figured it was a freak thing and would never happen again. The next time it was at the front pocket of the shirt, a completely invasive discolored splotch, no way to get that out either so another $150 shirt in the garbage! Each time they left a note on the shirt with a comment that made it sound like it wasn't their fault, one said "something spongy was in the pocket" what does that mean? My husband does not use his front pockets of his dress shirts because it leaves a bulge so I know there was nothing in there, but let's say there was...do they not check pockets before processing? Wouldn't that be part of their responsibility? What would have helped is if they would show us when we are checking out and at least give us a credit and own up to it, but they let us pay full price for a load of shirts and walk out the door, only to find notes on them when we get home, very frustrating. read more

We've used their dry cleaning services a couple of times and haven't had an issue, but I recently had some items stitched by their seamstress. It was comically terrible. My husband's snowboard pants were sewn together from back pocket to front pocket. That's right. We had to use a seam ripper so that he could put them on and just wear them with a hole in them. I also had a little patch put in a jacket liner which looks terrible, but it's on the inside so I'm letting it go. I paid 28 dollars for this crappy job. Won't be back. read more

I was in a tight bind on a Friday evening. I had just gotten a dress to wear to a wedding and while it fit nicely, it was way too long. I was leaving town for the event early Thursday morning and knew I wouldn't have time once there to get it hemmed. I also tried on the dress after using oil and made some stains on it (SMH). I took it here Saturday morning (it was my first time here), told the seamstress my problem and she made it her priority to have the dress hemmed very nicely and cleaned by Wednesday afternoon. On top of it all, the price was right :) I'm so pleased with their work and so happy they were empathetic with my situation. They have a new customer! I'll be bringing all of my items here. Don't use this cleaners...formerly the cleaning business on 27th Ave in Kennewick but now on Gage Blvd! They ruined a vintage wool coat and will not explain what they did to it or how it can now be fixed. Just not their fault is all they say! Such a cool coat but now it's ruined! If you value an item I would not suggest using this particular cleaners..no wonder they sold and moved locations. The new owner on 27th won't take responsibility for this old cleaners' mistakes either, they thought it was a button placement when possibly resown on but not that...just hangs all wrong from 4" in on both sides of either side on this single line of buttons on a vintage rust colored back belted pleated maxi coat! My sis suggested they steamed the wool and caused shrinkage which masked more sense than anything but the owner said they don't use steam..that's funny because when I looked it up on line I learned the linings are steamed to freshen the coats'. Obviously I won't use this company again! So much for the Organic Cleaning method! Such a pity! read more

I took my uniform here to have an important patch sewn on. The lady kept interrupting me and rushed me out of the door. It took a week to get a small patch sewn into the breast pocket. When I went to pick it up a week later the patch was upside down! Then they told me it will be another week until it's fixed! Absolutely ridiculous! I'd give zero stars if I could! read more

As far as the cleaning goes. - My stuff got clean, and it didn't smell gross like normal cleaners, but I expected that. The single star is because A) They wanted to charge me a VERY Large amount to dry clean a complex and highly detailed garment, and then would not warranty that the garment would not be damaged. Then why would I pay you so much extra if no warranty? FAIL. B) I am from Oregon. One does not pay sales tax in Oregon. Oregon and Washington have an agreement that Oregonians don't have to pay sales tax in Washington. When I told her I was from Oregon, and produced my drivers license, she said she could not do it. Ok, I'd like to speak to the owner. -They/He/She are at church - (5 o'clock on a friday? Whatever.) -But you can come back and speak to them tomorrow. - What part of I live in Oregon, nearly a full hour drive away from here did you miss? This isn't like I can drop in tomorrow on my coffee break! (I paid the tax) FAIL. C) There was no call saying "Hey your stuff is ready to pick up". That would have been nice.
