Got a call five minutes after leaving - Was quoted 5 days and 120$ for my small bag of laundry. I was so caught off guard I reluctantly sort of agreed, kinda, but not really. Called them back like a minute after hanging up, told them I was on my way back to get my sack, I'm not using them. Only to be told, "Sorry, your clothes are already in the wash, come get them on Wednesday" Had to pay the 120$ to get my clothes back 5 days later. Totally got extorted, thinking of contacting the local police about it. May update this, idk.

They're prompt and professional and provide a valuable service for this talentless customer! Kudos!

When I went to pick it up it wasn't there and had to go back a second time to get it. I was in a hurry so didn't take it out of the bag to inspect it. Bad decision. When I took it out I found one side to be covered with lint balls and both sides very rough and pilled like it had been heavily brushed and found 3 holes in one side. I had already left town so I called the shop to report what I found and was told it wasn't there fault because it was an old blanket and she hung up on me. I would not recommend this shop for anything.
