Don't yield to the scare tactics & showy videos of laser gum treatment!…read more I got a second opinion. No gum disease but a healthy gum was found !! Sincerely on Sept.3,2024

You've probably Googled the "pinhole" procedure and are considering paying thousands of dollars…read moreout-of-pocket because you hope for a less invasive gum graft with a quicker recovery. This is not that. My surgery with Dr. Nemeth was the most traumatic medical experience of my life. The gums were sliced away from the bone, packed with donor tissue, stretched back over the teeth and sewn with stitches in a figure eight pattern around my lower teeth and lip, with knots poking out of my lip. Now, over six months later, I have permanent nerve damage (loss of sensation in my lower lip and chin), and excessive scar tissue in my mouth where my gums were stretched and sewn. I also now need a procedure called a vestibuloplasty to create space between the lower lip and gums but my new periodontist and neurologist say that doing this would further compromise the damaged nerves. To add insult to injury, my gum recession has returned to where it was before and all of this did nothing to stabilize the teeth. I will likely need a traditional gum graft using tissue from the roof of my mouth - the very procedure I was hoping to avoid by going to Dr. Nemeth for the pinhole procedure. Since Dr. Nemeth asked me for this review less than 24 hours after my surgery (and after every subsequent follow-up appointment), I assume he wants his patients' experiences to be known. I hope my story helps at least one prospective patient re-evaluate their options.

So if you have to get your teeth cleaned, you HAVE to let Ashley do it. She's as skilled as she is…read morebeautiful and really takes the pain out of geting your teeth cleaned. I generally have nice teeth. Even the dentist complements me on them however i dont always floss as i should. As you all know, no flossing (or as i found out using the convenient plastic picks) makes your trip to the dentist unpleasant. For starters, my teeth are tight ( used to have braces) so that metal instrument gets stuck sometimes which is annoying. Plus, there is that HORRIBLE scraping that they do that sounds like nails against the chalk board. Ashley cleans your teeth from YOUR perspective. She's well aware each time of the things that irritate me and actually REMEMBERS. It's not that she can avoid them BUT she talks me through it etc. So yes SHE BABIES ME!!!LOLOLOL Seriously, if you hate the dentist and stay away because its a miserable experience. Even if you're one of those people who "only want a cleaning" ( thats fighting words to a dentist BTW) let Ashley do your teeth. She made mine look like i've never had red wine or coffee EVER and NO i did not have them bleached. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because i think that dentistry is overpriced in general. Really? after insurance... $300.00 for a fricken crown? I know that the material itself is most likely pretty expensive but WHATEVER! I hate paying LOL. Great atmosphere. There's one secretary thats not my favorite but compared to some places i have been, even she is Mary Poppins. Go here!!~! PS. if they piss me off in the future, i'll tell you

Today was my third visit to Anderson Periodontal Wellness based on a referral from Dr. Regiani…read moreBiological Dental. Two cone-beam X-rays -7 months apart- confirmed the suspicion that my ill-advised root canal (recommended by another dentist) was infected. Purpose of today's appointment was extraction of that root canal tooth and bone graft in preparation for ceramic implant placement. Every person in Dr. Anderson's office was professional and kind. They worked together to ensure my comfort and well-being. My extraction was completed in the most efficient and supportive manner, using best practices to ensure good healing ( my own platelets and ozone). Dr Anderson's team is remarkable as evidenced by the manner they cooperated to take care of me. I was grateful that the doctor narrated each step of the process, which helped me to feel calm. I chose oral sedation and - after the procedure was finished and my husband briefed on after care - Janet walked me out to the car. Dr. Anderson called at end of the day to check up on me. No one likes the idea of losing a tooth, but this experience could not have been better.

I didn't tell them how scared I was having never gone through anything like this- but from jump I just immediately trusted them and knew I was in good hands. Take all my money- kidding - but whatever she charged me was fine based on how relieved I was and how much I trusted them to get things right. She came highly recommended from my dentist and you just have to trust. But I highly recommend this whole practice. Not enough stars.
