Our condo had issues with leaks in our kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. All our valves were frozen and fixtures were outdated. Sam came and saved the day! On his first visit, he did a very thorough consultation and explained what were causing the issues and the different options and recommendations. The customer service was phenomenal! He was SOOO patient with our HOA's specific rules regarding plumbing (and even when HOA was late to shut off our water was so understanding) and ALWAYS answered all our questions/calls. I was introduced to this company through my Home Warranty company. Sam Radjabov picked up parts for my Bradford White to repair the water heater back in May of 2024. The water heater pilot had been turning off by itself despite it being installed less than a year ago. The same problem persisted after one month of his installation, but Sam Radjabov refused to come out to trouble shoot with Bradford White Tech support on the basis that he will say, 'yes' to their every question and it is a waste of his time if he doesn't have new parts. Today, through another plumber, I found that although he picked up the parts, he only changed on component. Do not trust this guy. He is clueless or a crook or both. read more

Hi Tech had a technician at our house at 9:00 a.m. the day after the Holiday. The guy did the usual appraisal, they got immediate approval from the insurance company, and Sam himself showed up an hour later. It was a difficult snake of a pipe that hadn't been cleaned in years, requiring patience and finesse, and he aced it. Normally we didn't take AHS's vendor assignments, insisting on choosing our own using Yelp. I decided to see what LHG came up with. No show and no call. Called several times and no one answered day of my appointment. Hired through my home warranty so I have to go with them and it's Saturday so not much I can do. My window of service was 9-12 they arrived at 6pm as there was confusion about my appointment since they didn't have me in their schedule that day. They arrive and he is really upset and flustered saying the last job was long and hard. I'm grateful they can come cause water is backed up in my kitchen sink. He works for about 10 minutes to try and clear it and then says he needs to install a clean out and it's not covered by insurance it's $400. I ask if that is normal not to have a clean out and if he is sure there is not one present, he says he is sure. A quick search and the internet says it's code and each residence has to have a clean out. I am able to locate it outside and he uses that and clears it. Service is covered and I saved $400 by just doing my own research and looking around. After they finished I went to check if they needed anything else and they were driving away. I think he might has been sad he didn't make that extra $$$ off of me. read more
