What can I say that hasn't already been said? Make it Drain (not to be confused with that "other" company) are the true OGs. What initially started off as a small job (replacing two toilets) turned into a much bigger job. Our cast iron pipes were in such bad shape, and so was our sewer line. Marc highly recommended that we replace them ASAP, but did not once pressure me. He thoroughly explained the risks involved if I left it alone, and although I was not planning to spend more $$$, it wasn't something I could ignore. Noticed a wet spot in my wall about a foot from the ground. Marc came out and looked at it, and recommended a mold abatement company because of the discoloration. They came out and opened up the wall and found a hole in the pipe that had probably been leaking for years. They cleaned it out, and Marc was able to replace about a six foot section of pipe. After he left, we noticed some moisture still by the sewage clean-out and he came back the next week to tighten the valve and add some teflon tape to stop the dripping there. Marc and Ean also took a look at a leaky shower handle and were able to replace a worn-out valve there to stop the leak. Very grateful for their help with this repair! read more

But not as compared to like a Rotto Rooter or a Next Gen. They are decent with their prices. Crystal and Ean are husband and wife team who are owners for this business.
