The driveway sump pump line that he helped snake out was stubborn due to construction debris, so he patiently and diligently kept working on it until the line was cleared. He attacked from both inlet and outlet sides since it was a long, straight run, and waited around to make sure that the pump had a consistent flow. I'm a female and was alone, so I was a little hesitant to allow Ervin and his helper inside. However I let them in and showed them the issue. They were able to fix the issue is about 40 minutes. Recived a quote which seemed more reasonable than other plumbing services for unblocking a toilet (unless things got advanced and they couldn't get blockage beyond the six feet a snake tool could reach). I called for emergency service on a Saturday late afternoon because the water was backing up at our upstairs bathroom. Trouble shooting the problem, we found that the outside sewage drain was broken and clogged with roots and mud. Came back the next day with their cameras and their high pressure jetting system and the problem was fixed. They even replaced the wax ring on both upstairs toilets since, during their investigation, found that the current ring (installed by a previous tile job) was of a lesser quality product.
