All of them were polite, quick, hardworking, and extremely professional. They got around all over the inside and outside of our house with the only way into tell a few hours later that they'd been here, the fact that now all our windows plus the exteriors of our house, we're sparkling clean. Zane and Patrick were amazing! Full disclosure, we have a 15 year old house. We've been in it three…read moreyears and haven't had the windows cleaned on the outside and we haven't been diligent about the inside either. I don't think the previous owners ever got the outside windows cleaned. When the cleaners got here, they discovered additional challenges, too. The windows had to be removed from the inside to remove the screens. The screens were very difficult to work with and a lot of our windows had been caulked to the window frames. We also have a 2-story house on a steep left-to-right slope, so the back right side of our house is sitting on top of a 16' foundation, making it more of a 3 1/2 story house. As a result of all those challenges, a job that I think they expected to take a couple of hours ended up being a day long affair. The guys never complained, were very polite, and they worked their butts off to get it done right. I repeatedly saw them do three or more passes on each side of a window trying to make sure the job was flawless. If there was a scratch or something they couldn't remove, they called me over to point it out. In the end, I could not be happier with the work they did.
