He has never tried to up sell me. He has given me solutions that has saved me money and always been professional in everything he does. Owning a spa is much like a owning a boat. I originally engaged Chuck to fix a heater /pump assembly on a 4-person hot tub/jacuzzi, that was originally purchased in July 2000 at Home Depot. The tub tubing connectors were also leaking - requiring topping off the water level at least once a week. The repair process was a bit tedious and took time to resolve and correct/eliminate the tub leaks - but Chuck and his team were up to the task. My 23-year old tub is now good for another 10 or more years. Hi Tech Spa LLC worked miracles on my tub ! Barry's pool / David gave me the runaround for almost 3 weeks. They came out and kept delaying the job for various reasons that I still don't understand. The hot tub is only two years old. I finally gave up on Barry's and found Hi Tech from Home Advisors. This company is so professional. Chuck gave me a day and time and was there without a second call. This guy was so nice and knowledgeable. His prices were VERY FAIR. What took that other company 3 weeks and they never touched repair took Chuck less than two hours to look at issue and to repair with no leaks. Quality work and he knows what he is doing. I didn't have too but I gave Chuck a bonus. We were having California type weather during the Covid stay-at-home and Chuck gave my family back our hot tub. You must hire chuck for any Indoor/outdoor spa related issues that you have. Chuck is honest and professional businessman. He arrived on time and troubleshooted and diagnosed the issue with our indoor spa. He was able to tell us exactly what the cost work for the repairs and why the repairs needed to happen. He was able to give us insight to how to maintain our spa in the long run. He was able to resolve our issues the very same day and spent time doing due diligence to make sure that the spa was working effectively. He is an excellent electrician and talented electrical engineer. If you have any spa, hot tub or jacuzzi related issue, you must contact this company. He will even troubleshoot with you over the phone before he comes out to diagnose the issue might be. I'm very pleased with my service! read more

I talked to Chuck and he lied about another company I have coming out tomorrow. He said they have only been in business for 1 year and that they don't know what they are doing and that he has been in business for 17 years and have an A rating with the BBB. Lots of spa repair companies will try to cheat you in my experience. But this company does high quality work at a fair price. No hidden fees, everything is up front. Great experience, would recommend. read more

Called, spoke with someone who said they'd be out to take a look at our hot tub on 12/17/2016 between the hours of 9-11. Today is 12/22/2016 and still waiting. We've traded phone calls and now I've left a few messages but still have not heard back I'm guessing I must fell off the priority list with these guys. Anyway. Hire another company for this type of work. Hi Tech Spa is not a professional company and I feel lied to and cheated. If this is the type of business that home advisor works with I will never use this service nor recommend this service to anyone I know. It is upsetting that after paying the troubleshooting fee and being assured if I hired him for the work it would be credited toward the repair cost only to find out that that's not the case and I was robbed of $140. I can't get a response from the company as to why this is and when I called home advisor back they had no other company for me to contact and they offered no solution. read more
