Today had some coffee with friends at the Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee while hundreds of little kids and mothers sat on the courtyard green to watch Miss Tracy Sings (every 3rd Sunday of the month) perform a bunch of nursery rhyme tunes while she played her guitar. It wasnt my thing but for others it was great morning entertainment. Every Thursday - Sunday the Plaza Live, with varying hours, has performers entertaining the public on the stage. "Radio" takes the stage most nights from 6pm - 10pm playing music from varying genres.

I enjoy walking around here because there is something to do on the weekends and it usually gets a nice little crowd. One of my favorite things that they host here is the car show once a month. It is really cool to see all the different styles of cars while walking around getting some snacks from the local businesses. They do need to figure out a wider variety of things here and probably need to lower the rent because there is a ton of empty storefronts that used to be something or have never been anything yet. I really enjoy the nitrogen ice cream place they have here and they even have an escape room here! There is a nice variety of things here and you can kill a bit of time hopping around the place eating and drinking because these places have pretty good happy hour specials! The walk is always super clean as well and I never have to struggle to find parking when I am here, even on event days!

They directed me over the phone to wait near airport pickup area which was occupied by unhoused individuals, and it was around 4am. When we finally got back to the parking lot, they couldn't locate my car and we had to drive around for 30 minutes as they had me look through hundreds of cars for my own.. One of the biggest improvements was the addition of the movie theater, and the interior has been renovated to feel much more modern, bright, and clean. Many of the longtime anchor stores are still here, although some of the smaller boutique shops have come and gone over the years. I also appreciate that there are now a couple of kid-friendly attractions, including a children's museum and an indoor play center. They're great additions for families and are very reasonably priced. The parking lot is large, with multiple entrances around the property, so it's easy to access the mall from just about any direction. There is still some construction in one section of the parking lot that seems like it's been there for quite a while. I haven't seen much activity recently, so I'm not sure if the project is still ongoing. Fortunately, it's limited to one area and doesn't really affect the overall shopping experience. The mall itself is a nice size. It's not overwhelmingly large, but it's definitely not small either. Everything is indoors, making it a great place to shop, walk around, or spend a few hours, especially during Florida's hot or rainy weather. Overall, Broward Mall has done a great job modernizing while keeping many of the stores and features that have made it a local favorite for years.

During the weekdays there rarely many children playing. Weekends are obviously more crowded but fun for the kids as long as the guardians are supervising their own little ones. This is a great FREE indoor space for those Plantation days when the weather is not great outside.

I stop at Grand Luxe for an energizing meal before my spending spree begins. Lots of high end stores ranging from Gucci , Versace & Balenciaga. Plus many other brands for what ever your needs are at the moment. Frank hit up Versace and purchased some leopard sweat pants and they are amazing... What a discount and even on sale for added savings.. I won't bore you with everything I bought but I filled my truck bags... SAWGRASS MILLS is the place I come to drop some coin.. Yes it's great to strolled around. I'll be back soon for more retail therapy.

You can see this arena off of the Sawgrass Expressway and it's pretty easy to navigate to. I recently attended the Ariana Grande concert at this venue and I loved how on top of communication they were on their social media handles. Compared to other concerts I've been to and seen for the prep beforehand, they were always transparent with their bag policy, safety measures, door open times, and parking information. This concert venue was also way easier to navigate into than most others that I've attended. For parking, they charge a ridiculous amount, at least for the concert I went to. $50 for parking may be somewhat the norm nowadays but I think that is crazy considering how heavy ticket prices are. There is truly no reason to charge that much, at least from what I can tell. That on top of there being a bottleneck when leaving the venue is a bit wild. We opted to park at Sawgrass across the street and walk over, as did a lot of folks. This was the best way to pregame as a lot of concert goers chose to eat at one of the nearby restaurants. Other than the parking, a great venue. The staff was helpful and friendly. I felt safe the entire time and there was a good amount of food options, drink options, bathrooms, and space.

I prefer riding my bicycle throughout the main Las Olas Blvd or Ubering to the area then walking to the bars and eateries. Las Olas is only two miles long to the east beach and construction is always in progress. Some of my favorite places in Las Olas is the Voodoo Bayou, WorthWyld and Roccos Tacos. The newly constructed Wayne Huizenga Park is an open area to walk near the New River and a few bars. The skyscraper condos along the New River cost 1M+ but have the views of yachts and river with the many ammenities of Las Olas Blvd only steps away.

The plaza is all outside so it is sad to see so many for lease signs. I enjoy shopping in this plaza because of the Total Wine location and the Kohls where I go to do my Amazon returns. Parking is never a problem unless you wish to park close to the doors where it is a little difficult from the employees who take many of those spaces. Getting in and out of this plaza is quite easy as there is a signal light off of University Drive and the other exits all have stop signs. There is a Tesla charging station in the furthest south part of the plaza which seems to be very popular.
