STAY FAR AWAY!!! This place is a total FRAUD! They charged my credit card for an online order and then didn't have the ingredients to make the food that I had paid for. I asked to substitute the missing vegetable ingredients with another vegetable but they couldn't do that either. Then the final straw...they didn't have a "manager" to refund my money. The food was great but the place has been totally nasty both times we have been there around 9:00 at night. Trash everywhere and we had to put napkins on our table to eat because There wasn't a clean table in the place. When we got ready to leave both trash cans were so full that we had no where to put our trash but back on the table. Hate to see a restaurant so dirty. If you like Chinese food without Chinese food flavor, this is the place for you. Luckily I had fried rice seasoning at home to season my 'to go' fried rice because it had no flavor. The crab rangoon tasted like plain cream cheese as filling with no seasoning added. Very disappointing - maybe they have tried to Americanize their flavors too much. The service here is very poor . No one acknowledged us when we came in and when I asked Crystal how she was doing she just stared at me and didn't even say anything . She was giving attitude and looking at us stupid when we telling her what we wanted on our plate . The food tasted like plastic and some chicken seemed like it wasn't cooked right . We are traveling from Oxford MS to Louisville Kentucky tonight. I LOVE Panda Express and eat it anytime I go somewhere bc we don't have one. My visit to this location tonight was terrible! We went in at 8:45. The hours say open until 9:30. We were not spoken to when we walked in, we were ignored as we stood there looking at the mostly empty bowls of food. I had to speak loudly to get anyone's attention. We asked if they would serve us and they said yes but only after they fixed all of their online orders. Then we were told we could only order from what we see available which was little to nothing. We asked if we could order food and they said no they only fix online orders. One of the girls was speaking under her breathe to another girl, clearly annoyed we were wanting food. By the time we walked out at 9:00pm all of the chairs were up, they were cleaning and didn't even bother to say thank you for coming in or anything. WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION! I see the mixed reviews but it's obvious they hardly have any reviews compared to the dinner crowd that came in today. Service was good they gave my dad the wrong protein and fixed their mistake and gave him the right one. The trash can was over filling by the sodas but other than that fast food standards. The service was really good except for this one guy who told us that we weren't going the right way in the line in a very rude way. I didn't get his name but he works at the Jackson,TN location and had blonde short curly hair and glasses. we came in around 2pm. If he's working DONT GO, or you'll get yelled at! I would give this a zero rating but 1 is the lowest. They are serving about one third of the food that any of the other Pandaexpress are serving. No veggies one day, no chicken one day. I will never go back into this establishment, no terriaki sauce when you order terriaki chicken, no condiments. When you take your food to go, and you eat in your car, they have no trash cans to put your containers in. Step up Panda Express and act like you care. read more

I have given this place many chances to redeem themselves. They were great in the beginning, now the chicken is hard, rice is undercooked, and the staff argues with you. Upon ordering they told me I could wait on rice if I wanted NOT that the rice was hard. Staff should never argue with customers, especially if the request was reasonable( I just wanted cooked rice). Friendly welcoming as soon as I walked through the doors. However, I did notice a few cookie wraps in chairs and a beetle by the drink fountain. The food selection was limited, I don't know if it was because of the time or what. I only had three choices for my entry and one for the side, which was over cooked fried rice. If it was for my time restrictions I would have went somewhere else. I hate to say it, but I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

Great service! I didn't get their names, but whoever was working August 3rd 2017 at around 6pm deserve whatever incentives the company offers! Went in at around 11:45 am on a weekday a couple of weeks ago and they were already OUT of everything I wanted! No orange chicken, no beef broccoli, no rangoons, etc. It couldn't have been due to a lunch rush because there were only about 3 customers in the place. The same thing had happened to my husband a few weeks before and he said, "don't worry, they'll make it for you". Nope, they didn't even offer to cook anymore for me. we just left. My first... and last time eating here. No idea what to order; asked for help. She started helping me, then hurumph'd and walked in the back. She came out and I asked a couple of questions. No matter what I did or said I seem to be really annoying her. I asked her if one dish was spicy and she gave me a sample. Even though I didn't really like that, I went ahead and ordered it. Then I asked which was the side dishes. She mumbled something like 'well I was trying to help you before...' when I finally received my meal, I couldn't believe how small the portions were. I was so excited when we were driving around looking at stores in Vann Dr and came across a Panda Express. I quickly convinced my boyfriend that we needed to eat there. Sadly it was not a pleasant experience. For starters there was barely any food when we got there so we had to wait till they made the entrees we asked for, and worst of all the white rice was overcooked. I want to say that the service was good, but I clearly asked the girl for a plate and I ended up with a bowl with overcooked rice and about five pieces of meat. I didn't say anything regarding the mistake in my order, simply because we were in a rush and I was too hungry. Friendly employees and yummy, fresh tasting food. We ordered and were charged for egg rolls though, and failed to receive them in our bag. When we called later to ask for a refund to our card, the store's phone number is not working and constantly said it was busy.
