My husband was in Cumming GA for work, and volunteered to buy a pair of boots for me at a Boot Barn. He was short on time, so I was scrambling online to select a style, and called the store. Shelena answered the phone, and her help made this experience delightful. When my husband walked in the store, he was met by her immediately, and the two of them together found the perfect boot for me. She took her time and gave recommendations that made me just turn the whole thing over to the two of them, saying, "I trust her." Through no fault of her own, the normal Ariat size that I take was just slightly too small, however. (I have been wearing Ariat for 15 yrs, and own several pairs, but not a western style.) So! that evening, my husband and I went online, found that the Gainesville store had the half size larger and with the first-rate help of Corrie, exchanged the boots with complete confidence. I was very unsure of the fit of a western boot, and she really sealed the deal by offering expert advice. The entire staff was charming and friendly - they were just as excited as I was about the concert, and I ended up buying an absolute classic Levi's denim vest that I know I will wear to death. Corrie also noticed that Shelena had helped us when she was processing the return, and said she was amazing - all of this gave us a positive view of the company. You really can't go wrong with these stores. The selection of boots is comprehensive, there's a great array of clothing and accessories - the only shortfall was in menswear - my husband is always on the hunt for hard-wearing denim, and they admitted they were not fully stocked. They are willing to order odd sizes for you, too. (Fortunately, this was not necessary!) Good quality boots are not cheap, but Ariat is a good price point, by the way. You can't beat them for workwear.

Stopped here because they advertise that they have Sephora in their location - absolute waste of time . no one there working with Sephora and they just as well close the section because there is nothing there to buy. I needed a lip stick and they did not have anything at all in a real lipstick line. Just some of that awful gloss stuff that goes on with a sponge on a wand. Nothing much at all in the entire area. Should not even be advertised as having Sephora products.

They carry an entire stock of the items they carry and never have empty shelves. Finding what she is looking for is always easy. The checkout lines can get busy, but they do move and the cashiers have always been friendly and helpful on each visit. The Kohl's Cash rewards program is a nice feature and keeps Kohl's as an option when looking at running to Kohl's for an item or ordering from Amazon. I understand the expiration date on your Kohl's Cash but wish they stayed active slightly longer. Returns have always been an easy process when items do not fit properly. During the pandemic when dressing rooms were closed, we never had any issues with making a return. The dressing rooms are now back open and my wife and the few times I have used them have found them to be well maintained, private, and secure.
