    This place is an absolute scam avoid it like the plague. I was sold a broken phone that completely…read morestopped working within an hour. When I went back reasonably expecting a refund the store attendant, Ace, not only refused to help but had the nerve to call the Milton Police Department on me. Imagine that I get scammed and I'm the one who gets the cops called on me! Ace was beyond rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Zero manners, zero accountability. And honestly, that attitude seems to reflect the entire business. They don't care about customers they care about taking your money and avoiding consequences. Now it makes sense why they push so hard for cash payments they clearly want to dodge refunds, chargebacks, and any traceability. Shady, deceptive, and downright fraudulent. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible. They do not deserve your business.

I had it replaced 7/17/23 and when I went back in today to get the same service and I was told it was $43 instead of $33 a few weeks ago. Bella is the Assistant Manager: purchase online or just make sure you know the price before you check out. That pricing is outrageous.

    I went to this Cellaris in Windward Parkway and asked how much was the total price to replace a…read morecracked screen on a cell phone they give me a price and left a deposit and when I got there they had a different price from what we discussed on the original agreement for over $100 so I tried to explain that that's not the price we agreed on but the guy was so rude about it and he said that in the contract he could change prices because it's stipulated on the contract so because of that paper they play with the price. Never doing business with them again!!

    Went to Cellaris location on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta GA to get battery replaced in an Ipad…read morethat losing its charge quickly. Started with a phone call to get cost and asked what the process was - they indicated the battery was not in stock and had to be ordered. Went in location to pay for battery as they indicated it would be a few days. This is my 94 year old Aunts form of entertainment so I kept the Ipad as it was functional and planned to drop off at a later time. When dropping off the Ipad, they asked if I knew the passcode and I offered to call and get - they responded "that's OK" indicating it was not needed. They asked then if I was aware the screen would have to be removed to replace the battery and if cracked during this process I would be responsible. It would have been nice to have this information before I paid for the service earlier, but I rolled the dice hoping it would not crack. Received call a couple days later that the Ipad was ready and went in to pick the unit up- no cracked screen! Dropped Ipad off with Aunt only to find out screen was not working as the screen had dead spots. OK - it happens...Right, just take back and they can look at? Took unit back and they said any repairs were on me. I indicated the risk explained to me was around screen cracking during screen removal. I asked for the manager and he proceded to lecture me with an attitude on how this could have been an existing issue with the unit. Really? This is where this is going? I then inquired to ask what the protocol was when a device is brought in and how they test the unit. Manager opened up his magic white binder to let me know unit was DOA when brought in. I asked why would you have not plugged it in as it was only a battery issue? Manager responded that it was DOA did not have the code therefore testing was not done. Now they need the code? 3 visits to location and receive 3 different stories as far as what the risks were around the battery installation and the screen. Basically any issue past the initial fix is on the customer and everything becomes my word against their word situation. I have socks older than the people - Zero customer service and focus on the customer. I asked for the franchise owners name and they said they were not permitted to give that information. If I were an owner of a small business, I would want to know if this was how customers were treated - Go to the Apple store!
