Don't bring your vehicle to Hibbing chystler worst place I have ever been too. My brand new 2024 wagoner has been there 3 times in the last month for the same problem that I was told was fixed by the updates they did the first two visits and yet every time I took it home it came right back, issue Was never fixed and still not . Not only that but after the third time they then say oh it's a well known mopar issues there is nothing we can do about it after having my vehicle there for the 3rd time and paying $1,400 out of pocket The issues still remain unresolved. The 3 time I came to get my keys and the guy threw the keys on the counter and was very rude so of course I was rude right back and proceeded to try to tell me he was going to cancel my order and that I didn't pay for it when In fact I did because in order to have A part ordered you have to pay for it and no this part is not for the issue that I fact still remains and issues it was for a different one then tells me that can cover my diagnostic And I said I don't f** think so I already paid for my part you aren't canceling anything that I already paid for and keeping my money. I requested higher up come out and talk to me no one would they hid behind the desk wouldn't come out I called multiple times and finally spoke with the owner Pete and tried telling him what happened and every time I would talk he would rudely interrupt me would not let me finish anything i said tried saying telling me all the staff said I was rude every time I came in when in facts I wasn't I have recording of the conversation and told him that and he did not like that I said I had them so bull crap when he called me he automatically assumed I was a dude but if he had watch the video from the altercation he would have known I fact I was not a dude not only that while I was trying to tell him and explain what happened he kept cutting me off and the proceeded to tell me all I wanted to do was argue when all I was doing was trying to tell him what happend and told him to stop interrupting me and let me speak he didn't like that and hung up on me. the Owners customer service and employee customer service not all but a few in the parts is absolutely terrible I will never do business with them ever again my husband has done all of our business through them and will no longer be the case sad how a business is ran with such poor quality service. since I won't let me reply to Kellys comment I will update it here I have recordings of while I spoke to your employees when I brought my vehicle to you guys . I was never rude up until after the 3 time my vehicle had been to your establishment for the same problem when after the first two times I was told the issue was fixed with the updates you guys preformed again which I have recording of but yet took the vehicle home and the problem still persisted and still it a problem. I never hung up on your employee until after I told him I will be in to come get my vehicle because obviously you guys lack the capability to fix the problem after the 3rd time my vehicle was at your establishment for the same problem , I myself Was never personally rude on the phone did I become rude once I got to the dealer and your employee had thrown the keys on the counter and becomes disrespectful and rude towards my husband and I and telling me he was going to cancel my order that I had already paid for and proceeded to tell me I didn't pay for any of it when in fact I have bank statements and paper work showing I did and then he proceeds to tell me that'll just cover my diagnostic. so yes absolutely I sure did yell at him I will not tolerate being spoken to the way he spoke to us you guys are unprofessional and terrible at business. doesn't matter where I purchased the vehicle as it was purchased through a jeep dealer it can be serviced anywhere at any jeep dealer. Hard to meet expectations when you couldn't fix the same problem 3 times of it being at the facility and then the third time of it being at the shop I was then told told oh its a known mopar issue sorry no fix. but was told after the two visits that the issue was fixed after the updates when in fact was not. read more

While I have yet to buy a car from this dealership; I have had their service department work on my Chrysler. They were accommodating to my schedule they fit me into what was already a busy day for them. Very prompt. listened well to my concerns about the car and fixed all problems in a cost efficient manner. I noticed their website has a coupon for $10.00 off a service call. I also noticed they do oil changes very cheap if you buy a package of 5. I recommend this service team. read more

i brought my 2015 chrysler town and country van in for a wheelbearing and to change plugs and wires because i had a misfire code on it. while they took the wheel bearing off they ripped my cv shift boot, wrecked lug nuts taking them off and also damaged my top side oil filter, while taking out the front plugs. then they blamed it on valve line. they charged me for the lug nuts the oil filter and the cracked oil filter cover. i was also charged $637 while i waited over 3 hrs for my van to be done. i still have a check engine light on and my van was destroyed while they were suppose to fix it. talk about either mechanics that do not know what they are doing. or mechanics that know what they are doing to take advantage of customers who are in wheelchairs and cannot do the work themselves. this place should be sued and no one i mean no one should bring there vehicle to the repair deoartment ever!! now the manager of the service department called me today and was yelling and interrupting me saying my review is unfair. i asked this company to change my wheelbearing and figure out why my van had a misfire. when i had the van in the air on february 5th the cv boot was not ripped at all. but they told me it is. i wish i xould get under the van today to swe if said boot is ripped. unfortunately i cannot cause i am a paraplegic in a wheelchair. an they know that so they have taken comete advantage of me. i told the tech i replaced 3 of the 6 spark plugs and it probably needs wires too. but i am not sure why it is missing. the tech said they will take care of it. apparently. this business has no respect for their customers. due to the fact the manager would rather argue with you. rather than help the customer with the problem and bad experience they have had. what a joke 1.8 hrs to change plugs and wires? if i could stand i could of done them all in 45 minutes. took me in a stand up wheelchair 25 minutes to do 3 of them. an that is fast with the up and down i have to endure as a person in a wheelchair. do not bring your vehicle to this company ever. they are the worst people in the world. argue with the customer. read more

HCC is the WORST dealer I have EVER been at, and I have bought over 15 Brand new Trucks and Vans from Dodge Dealers over the years. It started out great, Brian E was very nice to deal with but when it came time to pick up our new Durango it went Waaay South, Here is our story. We spent about 4 hrs Friday at the dealership looking for our new ride, Brian was very nice to deal with. We test drove a new 2500 Larm and a Durango. We didnt like the payment of the Ram so we decided to keep ours and buy the Durango. Told Brian we would take the Durango and wouldnt even beat him up on price but we wanted 4 things, 1.Autostart,2.smoked window guards, 3.Bars for the roof rack it already had (he said he was pretty sure they was there just stored inside as the make wind noise when in place) and MOST important as we talked about it all afternoon ONLY reason we was buying was the Max LIFETIME bumper to bumper warr. He asked if we could be back at 8:00 am Sat morn to pick up the Durango he would get financing and all paper work ready and we said yes. (Started going south here) Talked to finance guy via phone he said he wouldn't be in till 9 when the opened, Hmmm gave all info and said he would call at 9:00 am Sat. They called at 10:30 and said we have 2 options x amount er month 2k down cash,trade,combo or 0 down x amount a month. we said Great we can be there by 1:00 (Oh did I mention it is almost a 2 hr drive for us there) Got there first Red flag EVERY dealer I have bought from has my new ride out front and prepped it was in back lot. went in test asked for keys to our trade abd they took off on a drive. Was called into a office and this followed We will give you 400 for your trade WTF granted it was just a cavalier but good shape runs good and dealers always give 1k min for trades off FULL sticker n matter what it is. 2nd Red flag. I sad that was not going to work and asked well what if we juggle the numbers and drop 1 or all of our add-ons. he said oh those are not figured in claims didnt know anything about it that was Not poss as the total add-on would be over their limit. (keep in mind we are talking FULL sticker here) I said well lets go with zero down but gonna have to work out something on add ons as was made CLEAR was only way was gonna buy the truck. He said we can but they wont finace any more than 1k on warr. WHAT that was to already be added in, Red flags all over by now. I said that would have been nice to know BEFORE we drove 2 hrs EACH way. Bottom line if we wanted the truck we had to pay FULL Sticker, NONE of our add ons would be added oh and the lifetime warr was on top of that. I was so pissed off by then and in utter amazement that not 1 offer was made to work with us other than MAX price take it or leave it so we left it. Had 1k cash in pocket for down they lost a deal over 600 and a cpl add ons keep in mind we still talking FULL sticker Saddest dealer I have EVER been to and oh trust me every person I see, meet, talk to in person and on the Net will know ;-) read more
