Turns out they broke the valve stem somehow and I would need to purchase a new one but they don't carry them. The guy (non-manager) was polite and did fix it temporarily enough to get home but not what I was looking for when getting an oil change. Now I get to make an appointment and pay extra money to get it fixed at a certified tire store.

After 45 minutes of waiting, I was told my directional tires were on backwards (they definitely weren't) and that that's most likely why they were leaking, since that makes tons of sense? The tech said "okay," but the receipt shows I was charged for Auto Ace 5W30 Syn Blend (more expensive) and a Mighty M4612SP filter--which is the wrong type for my car (Subaru 3.6R uses a cartridge filter, not spin-on). When I returned immediately to point this out, they claimed they "don't make conventional anymore--only semi or full synthetic," yet their website still advertises "The Regional" package with conventional oil. They gave no clear explanation for the wrong filter and refused to fix or refund the difference.
