Firestone wanted to charge me $60 and refused to use my bulb (apparently it's against their policy). I went to Encinas and they were able to tell me when they could work on my car. Since it was the same day, I asked them to rotate my tires as well. I sat in their waiting area working on my laptop and they were done in under 30 minutes. I realized I hadn't asked how much they'd charge me and at the end, they refused to charge me anything! This kind of customer service is so unheard of nowadays. They've definitely gained a customer. They said she couldn't buy one replacement rim, she would have to replace all 4 rims at the same time. I took her car to Dino's because I'd heard their commercials that they can repair rims. I told the salesman what the other store said and he was surprised my wife was told she must replace all the rims at once. Dino's confirmed the rim was bent and the cost for this repair would be $131.25, much cheaper than the price the other store stated. He also said if the rim hadn't been repairable, you could replace all 4 if you wanted but it was only necessary to replace the damaged one. As I was leaving, he told me that one of the center caps was missing (which I already knew) and the one they pulled off today broke. They found 2 used center caps and installed them at no charge! This was my first visit to Dino's but it certainly won't be my last with customer service like that.
