A reasonable price in comparison to other venues in the area and venue size. 3. Staff that is easy to work with and that is receptive to a ton of questions since we can usually be a bit needy. Well, after assessing this venue, I have to say that this place exceeds all of the above. The price for the venue is great, the venue itself is well maintained, the view of the water is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly easy to work with (Jackie and Bob were both phenomenal.) The baby shower we held here was a blast and our overall experience exceeded all of our expectations!

I got around fine with a 6 year old & 10 month old in a stroller. I grew up on the North Shore and my high school job was at a dry cleaners in Lynn. I loved this small museum and would recommend it. Today, the museum was free as part of a Lunar New Year Celebration. They had a bunch of free crafts and a storytime for the kids and my daughter loved it.

On rainy or snowy days it can be pretty dangerous and they don't really care about salting the ground or plowing the lot when it snows. The most recent event there was a sweet sixteen each of the tables had beer and Cognac bought by the party and the bar was a cash bar that literally took cash bar to heart. They had $1/$2/3$ cup, bottle and pitcher respectively. Would have gone to the car and grabbed a water bottle instead. Didn't even want to grab a mix drink because I can only imagine that it would pricy with a side of attitude from the bartender that would rather be on their phone than making drinks. There was sufficient room at the entrance for tables and displays and the event I went to had a photo booth nestled in the corner. Bathrooms at least the men's one was small with only one sink which is a poor design for a large hall. Lastly it was freezing in our event. Either way heat or AC should be turned on.

The menu was written on a sheet of construction paper reflecting changing, daily specials. One orders at a window peering into the kitchen with staff hard at work preparing meals and supporting an impressive catering operation. Fresh coffee and tea were available as was an inviting dessert charcuterie of truffles, figs, and other sweets. We enjoyed our brunch - especially the salmon, cream cheese, and arugula on a One Mighty Mill Bagel and less for the tortilla plate (fried egg, kale, squash, red onion on a tortilla).
