We absolutely loved it here! The mats are nice and soft and it's big without being too big to lose sight of your child. My daughter had the time of her life even though she can't walk yet! Its a lovely indoor play space with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It's thoughtfully designed with younger kids in mind--plenty of soft play areas, pretend play zones, and age-appropriate toys. My child had a great time exploring, and I appreciated that the space felt clean, safe, and well-maintained. The café area is a nice touch for parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids. Staff were friendly and the overall vibe was very family-friendly. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that during peak hours it can get quite crowded, and at times it felt a little chaotic. Some more structured oversight or capacity limits during busy times might help. Still, it's a great place to spend a few hours--especially on rainy or cold days! read more

This indoor play space was perfect for a 4 year old birthday party. The indoor slides and foam construction site were big hits. Younger toddlers had a quiet train room and play kitchen that was a part from the older kids. There was also a dedicated room for infants. Everything was clean, well organized, and there was plenty of storage. Lots of hand sanitizer stations were available as well. I could see it being very chaotic if there were too many kids in there at once given the space isn't as large as an outdoor playground. There is also an attached cafe serving reasonably priced coffee and smoothies if you need a boost. The entrance is located at the back of the school so it is a little tricky to find. Perfect spot for kids to get that energy out when the weather isn't cooperating. read more

This is a wonderful place! They have toys and activities for all age groups. There is a main play floor with climbers and slides, an infant swing, a large circle swing, a separate 0-2 room, a room with a play kitchen and dolls, a glow in the dark room with a ball wall, a room with a jumper, a large train room, and an arts and crafts room! Not to mention they have an outside play area. It's not the easiest to find, you have to drive all the way around back in the parking lot. But well worth it, the staff is super friendly and they have delicious coffee and snacks. We could have easily spent the day there! Bonus tip- peabody and topsfield library(merrimack valley library group) offers passes for 1 adult and 1 child to come here for free admission! I wish they sold memberships or play passes, such a great spot for those unpredictable new england weather days! read more

My son loves this place. Thank god it's right near my gym and my home. It's a great way for kids to socialize without taking kids to daycare. There is an art section, baby section, train room, kitchen and grocery store. They give discounts the more passes you get. You get to watch your kids/grandkids play. Such a great place for kids and parents alike. There is a little cafe that always has baked goods and breakfast. Lots of coffee/espresso. Hot chocolate, tea, they even have a babyccino. Theres a nice seating area next to the cafe and also seating right outside the play area where you check in to play and you are still with the kiddos while they play. I stumbled across a link for The Children's Piazza on Mommy Poppins this morning as we were looking for a place to stay cool today (95 degrees out!) and I'm so happy I found myself there. The space is HUGE. There's one main room with a big beautiful climbing structure and several smaller pieces. They have slides and swings, a square to balance on, a play kitchen, and plenty of room for parents to relax. Off the main room they have an area where you can have lunch equipped with high chairs and toddler sized picnic tables. They also have a arts and crafts room with painting and play dough, a room with a train table and set, an infant play room, a glow in the dark planet room, and another small room where they were hosting a story time. The entire facility is super clean and all the floors are covered in foam tiles so even when the kids fall they aren't getting hurt. TCP is also connected to a small coffee shop, not much in way of food offerings but as the parent of a toddler any caffeine is always better than none! At $12 it's a little expensive for an everyday activity but they offer discounts if you have more than one kid and also membership options to save you some cash. The Piazza has struck gold again, this time in Peabody. This space is very wide open and is kid and caregiver friendly. There is a new cafe/coffee shop, and plenty of room for kids to eat so you can spend all day here. If you haven't been to the Piazza and you have a young child, then you are missing out on a great time. The space is super clean, very inviting and honestly hands down my favorite place to take the kids. The good thing about that, is that it's their favorite place as well. read more

We recently had a birthday party at Children's Piazza (Peabody) for our 1 and 3 year olds. The staff was amazing, the price was fair, and the venue was extremely clean. We were allowed to drop items off early to save some of the craziness on the day of the party. When we arrived Sunday morning to set up, a decent chunk of the setup had already been done by the staff. They offered to help bring stuff in, continue to help setup, and do the cleanup at the end. The staff also said they could break down the decorations at the end for us to pick up the next day, if we wanted. We got there a little early to set up, and they did not give us a hard time about it- they let us in and we were able to get everything ready before the guests arrived. The space was huge, so we had about 50 people there and could have probably had 30 more comfortably. The kids all left happy (and ready for a nap), and the adults all enjoyed watching the kids play. At least 2 other people at the party said that they would be having parties there as a result of the positive experience. We had kids from infants to about 8 years old, and they all had a great time. I would highly recommend this place for parties and/or just a day of fun for the kids. read more

My baby boy just turned 1 year old. I discovered the Piazza when he was only a few months old, and began taking him here (both the Peabody location and Beverly location) when he was about 6 or 7 months old. He became very active very early on and this place was the perfect spot where he could explore safely. He liked it so much, that I started thinking about hosting his first birthday party at one of the locations. At first, I did feel like the cost was a lot but we decided that the space was too perfect, so we booked it. We chose the Peabody location after originally booking the Beverly location because we had quite a hefty list of people to invite. I loved the fact that we could bring in adult beverages for the adults. This was important to me because we had quite a few adult friends that don't have children and we wanted them to have a little fun too. The day of the party, Becky & Rachel were on board helping us do literally everything with setting up and clean up! I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with it but these ladies definitely made everything run smoothly! We got there a little earlier than set-up time, but we were able to start setting up and my little guy was able to run around the play space while did so. During the party, they checked in quite a few times to make sure everything was going well, it was. The children had an absolute blast in the play area, and it was nice and spacious for the parents to hang out and chat while the children played. At the conclusion of the party, the ladies were right there ready to get us all packed up and organized. They went above and beyond. It took nearly an hour to get everything packed up and out of the venue... we had 2 car fulls of things to take away with us. I didn't feel rushed at any point of the day, which i was relieved because the party time block was for 2 hours. They took their time and made sure we had everything we needed and the play space quickly transformed back the way it was when we arrived. Over all, it was definitely an amazing party. After all was said and done, the $499 didn't feel so terrible because Becky & Rachel really worked hard to ensure the party went well. Between setting up and breaking down, we were definitely there longer than expected. I appreciate that we weren't rushed and everything went so well. I definitely would recommend the Piazza to friends of mine that have children. The only negative thing about it was the food room/party room space. I had quite a large group of people and it got a little cozy in there and there was not a ton of space to put out the food, with that said... i still would have had the party there! We had a ton of fun and will definitely make more visits so my little guy can run out his energy. Thank you so much for making my baby's first birthday a huge success and a fun memory. read more
