This indoor play space was perfect for a 4 year old birthday party. The indoor slides and foam construction site were big hits. Younger toddlers had a quiet train room and play kitchen that was a part from the older kids. There was also a dedicated room for infants. Everything was clean, well organized, and there was plenty of storage. Lots of hand sanitizer stations were available as well. I could see it being very chaotic if there were too many kids in there at once given the space isn't as large as an outdoor playground. There is also an attached cafe serving reasonably priced coffee and smoothies if you need a boost. The entrance is located at the back of the school so it is a little tricky to find. Perfect spot for kids to get that energy out when the weather isn't cooperating.

Such a great place for kids and parents alike. There is a little cafe that always has baked goods and breakfast. Lots of coffee/espresso. Hot chocolate, tea, they even have a babyccino. Theres a nice seating area next to the cafe and also seating right outside the play area where you check in to play and you are still with the kiddos while they play. So theres basically a big open space with slides and swings and an arts & crafts room(painting, coloring, chalkboard, playdough). Theres a theater room and little lunch room. Such an amazing place. They also have kids classes with are fun

They have slides and swings, a square to balance on, a play kitchen, and plenty of room for parents to relax.

I've been coming to this place for about 3 years. On its best day this place is a 2.5, maybe 3 star…read moresort of place. I mean, I get it. They have a facility - at a low rental price point - in a city where such space is really valuable. The following are three things that have ensured that I won't be taking my business there again: 1. Cheap vs. low cost: You get what you pay for kind of place. Nickle and diming on league play with their $20 membership card that is NEVER checked. Questionable referees. One of the turf fields is barely turf. Feels like you're playing on concrete so careful with knees and ankles. The place feels just feels like they don't really have any interest in putting any money into maintaining it. Cheap. 2. Rundown vs. spartan: To say that the facility is bare-bones is pretty gracious. I mean, you don't really need much, but in the winter it's not really heated, the water (not just fountains, but bathroom sinks and toilets) were broken for like a month - that was awesome, especially with a 5 year old kid... I've already mentioned that one field... 3. Rude, unprofessional, and just kinda mean :\ You know, the reason we all put up with it was because we understood that this was the kind of place you just came and played and left with no real expectation for much else. Fair enough. The proverbial feather on the camel's back was this week when - because of their administrative error or confusion - they accused me of GOING OUT OF MY WAY to be a "nuisance" to them when my weekly pick-up didn't book on the new year's weekend. The reason we didn't show up was because we never planned to be there that day because, well, it was new years... On the phone with Juan (who I imagine is a manager?), he told me that we intentionally did it to cause them distress. Didn't really understand why they would assume that this was our motivation considering we've never been late to pay, have always called ahead, shown up, etc... On top of this, his tone was a bit inflammatory as if he were doing me the favor of letting us patronize their facility. Anyway, it was pretty clear these guys aren't interested in cultivating relationships with organizers like me (I run a weekly pickup with a pool of over 60 players), so I'm on the hunt for a new place that will appreciate my patronage and doesn't treat me like the poorly maintained grounds and equipment they find themselves in. I've noticed that I'm not the first pickup group or league to leave this facility because of similar reasons.

Downside is the facility and the management. If there is a rainstorm, the roof will leak and potentially flood the fields like it did the past few weeks. Their electronic scoreboards haven't been working properly for years. You cannot tell if there are 3 or 8 minutes left. Now their main turf field scoreboard isn't working at all. They used to have two for it, now they have none. I hope it comes back after the facility dries out from the flooding over the past two weeks but regardless, it wasn't working properly to begin with. As for the management, we signed up to play here for a Saturday men's league in May 2009. Only two teams, one being ours, joined the league. We made a $185.00 deposit. The league never happened and since that time I have been trying to get our deposit back. Management does not respond at all. The only reason I play there is because the league I am in now is run by an outside group called FSSG. They are legitimate and run the league perfectly. So other than the location, I wouldn't play here if it wasn't for FSSG.

Looking for something to do with your toddlers, preschoolers, or kids up to around age 8? Polkadot…read morePlayhouse is set up for hours of fun. It's an indoor play space, with several different options for entertainment. There's an area full of huge foam building blocks for building structures. There's a craft space with all kinds of different crafts to do, such as mask-making, card decorating, etc. There's a dough space with rollers and cutters. There are tables for trains, tables for building blocks (like Lego). There's a huge kitchen pretend space with lots of food and appliances and the like. And then, there is a huge indoor climbing structure, complete with rope ramp up, a big curling tube slide down, and all kinds of interlocking tubes. If that's a little intimidating, there's a smaller structure for smaller kids, too. There's a place for eating. You can bring in your own stuff, or they sell really inexpensive snacks ranging from chips and the like to applesauce and yogurt. It was a good mix of healthy and otherwise, including lots of bottled water, etc. PPH can host your kid's birthday party, and they really set up a great event. I attended a birthday party there for a 3 year old girl, and it was ROCKING! I'm sure all the kids slept well. The place is set up well for parents, such that you don't have to hover over your kids all the time for fear of them wandering off or being stolen, and such that you can relax a little bit. The owners are wonderful and friendly, with that perfect mix of non-intrusive but still attentive. They keep things tidy and the crafts refreshed. Oh, did I mention that the place is incredibly clean and bright and new-feeling? It's not a dingy mall spot. So, if you're looking for something different than a fast food playground, this place is great. Stay as long as you want for $8 a kid (parents are free), or get a Pack of six visits for $36 (saving $12). Pretty decent, considering you don't get hit for bad food, and it's so well attended and stocked. Check it out yourself!

Ok the Birthday Party is FINALLY over, its such a relief... It went off without any major…read morecomplications except for Hurricane Irene!!! But No wind can keep us down... So Jump on In was a GREAT TIME... All the adults had more fun than the kids... All the kids had a great time... My son (he turned 2) was completely running all up & down all the rides (Bounce house things - whatever you call them)... I was apprehensive that he wouldnt know what to do, but he ran right up them & down the slides... He was loving it... The refs we had for the party were great, at no point did we feel that they were naggy or even picking... They actually never had to speak to anyone, maybe had to save someone once or twice that was stuck but other than that they were great... They had the Party room set up wonderfully, they served the Pizza & cut the cake like professionals... I honestly have never in my life seen a cake cut soo perfect & soo fast... We did have the 2 Hour party & it was cramped for time in the Party room... We had 45 mins to Eat Pizza, Cake & Do presents & sing... It was tight... But we made it happen & then like any party we all began to congregate in the lobby & I think the place was sick of us & wanted us out (we were a big party)... Other than just wishing I had more time, there is nothing I can complain about... Just a note, if you bring drinks there - bring a method to keep them cold on your own, Ice in a bucket, Pre-Frozen, whatever... Just putting the drinks in the fridge didnt get our drinks cold in time... Dad & I actually spoke about it & said we might just have Next Years party there also... It was really a good time & I even climbed my big ass Up & down the rides & it was Fun!!! Just remember to bring socks & tuck your arms in like they tell you - all the kids have burns on their arms from the slides... It was also a little pricey - but totally worth it because they do everything, clean up, serving the food, providing the utensils... We just showed up with Cake & Drinks... We are going to go back and book a day when its Open Gym to just play & see how it is one day, Ill update review when we do...

I have hosted many of my daughter's birthdays at Jump on in Boston and figured we would give Woburn a try. Lets start with the music never once came on, may not be a big deal to some but after coming home and realizing that we had no music was pretty annoying specially because they advertise it. Our "referees" were OK, like most of their staff very young. Like I mentioned before, I been to JOI in Boston and the staff has always been extra energetic and involved. These girls only really came around to tell us time was up, one of the girls did try to get a group picture but it was impossible (party was for a 2 y/o). But for the most part they kept to themselves. Overall it was pleasant but definitely consider spending a little more for the extra time, when you have a bunch of toddlers /small kids it's needed.
