The worst place ever to get your eye wear. First time I went, they gave me the opposite number of contact lenses so I had nothing to wear on christmas day and had to wait another 2 weeks to get my actual lenses! The second time I went for my sister the staff was extremely rude and they gave us an appointment but sent us back home. My sister got an appointment to try on contact lenses mid December, they gave her an appointment at this branch mid January and when we went with a taxi because we dont have a car they firstly did not let us in even though they never told us about a customer limit from covid which is fine but its their responsibility to inform their customers of their covid regulations and guidelines, apart from not letting us in they literally sent us back because the contacts had not even arrived!! It was their responsibility to tell us that the contacts had not arrived before we had to pay $10+ for a taxi ride to their terrible store. So disappointed with this store and their terrible customer service. Would never visit again.
