It is a really cool place to visit, walking in that gravitational anomaly room is the weirdest sensation I've ever felt, but it is something cool to experience. In the hall of mystery, we literally let our inner child just wander around. And sadly we weren't able to do the bull ride, because of timing. For sure it is a place where you can spend your day in there. They're very hospitable and our tour guide was very funny.

I'm originally from Michigan and grew up pretty close to the Mystery Spot in the Upper Peninsula, so I was somewhat familiar with this sort of place. I ended up checking out the "gravitational anomaly" room along with the "Hall of Mysteries" but none of the other stuff. There was also Axe Throwing and some sort of Native American History Museum but didn't see those as I was somewhat pressed for time. There was also somewhat randomly a huge obscure soda collection which was kind of cool. And they also had Vernors which as a former Michigander I appreciated. The "gravitational anomaly " room was pretty cool and is obviously the main focus of this place. There were a few demonstrative tools like a water flow demonstration, a rubber ball on a track that apparently defies gravity and a swingset. The room itself isn't too large and those three things were the only "tools" in there but goofing around in the room on your own is plenty entertaining as you can see from the attached pictures. Beyond that the "Hall of Mysteries" was basically a small section of optical illusions and science demonstrations which was interesting enough but something probably more interesting to and suited to kids. Overall the place is cool but kind of feels like it doesn't know what it's trying to be beyond the "gravity room" and feels like it could use a little update and some more focused development/presentation. If you haven't been before it's probably worth experiencing at least once if you're going to be in the area and have time for it. They also have a Zoltar machine, which is always a plus in my book.

The communication leading up to the wedding was absolutely amazing. We had to push our wedding a couple times due to COVID and the team was beyond patient and accommodating. The music played during both the ceremony and cocktail hour was beautiful and made those moments that much more special! It was so nice being able to customize the playlist exactly how we wanted.Thank you Dean's Duets for adding to the magic of our day!

I had 3 songs requested for our ceremony, one song for the parents walk, one for the bridal party walk, and then one for me. The song for the parents did not get played, they played the same song for the bridal party as well as the parents. Then when it was my turn to walk our coordinator kept trying to wave at them to switch the song. There was an extremely long pause because they were not paying attention, they only ended up playing a small snippet of my song because of it. I was so upset because my song especially was important to us and we paid extra since it was not one of the song options on their website. The music overall was beautiful but if you have a specific vision in mind I would skip this vendor.

The stalls are large and well kept and access to trails is excellent. The staff are all super nice and accommodating. Marty ( the general manager) is the best. She goes above and beyond what is expected to make everyone s visit as easy and special as it could possibly be .I highly recommend this facility if you want a great vacation you can't go wrong staying here .I can't wait to go back. If you can't have a good time here and enjoy your trip then its time to hang up your hat and stay home ,because you won't be able to find a better place or people anywhere. Thank you Broyhill Preserve for all that you do to make my stay with my horse one of the best trips ever . I cant wait to go back

You can only imagine how it buzzes on a show weekend. The trails in Cone Moss park where you ride are extremely well maintained. The trails are all smooth and wide. You ride right out of the venue. Great place for gaited horses where you can really cruise. Very scenic. Lots of park visitors on the trails, so it keeps the horses alert and forward. You ride thru a tunnel under the blue ridge parkway. Definately a destination for enthusiastic horse campers and riders. Blowing rock is right next door, cool town to visit just a few minutes away. You need a good truck to pull up to that part of the country, but its well worth it. We have ridden all over and this place is a must see.
