My athletic trainer at school and I had tried every excersize, stretch, recovery regimine, and resting for months with very little improvement. I went to Doctor Book as a last ditch effort for some relief, and after a few sessions of their PEMF machine I began to feel better for the first time in three years. I used to take a month off off all high-impact activity after my soccer season only to feel pain again my thrid or fourth practice back. This past winter however, aftering coming in consistantly twice a week for about a month, it took me two months of soccer 5-times a week, and weight lifting twice a week to feel any discomfort, without any upkeep on PEMF since I go to college out-of-state. Staff is always super friendly and it is a joy to come in everytime.
