I was scheduled for a service window between 8:30-10:00 AM this past Friday, and right at 8:00 AM I received a confirmation call from Laura, which I really appreciated. Even better, Pierce arrived promptly, just after 8:30AM and appeared extremely professional and ready to get to work. Pierce was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. He stepped back out to his van to coordinate with Laura on pricing, and within minutes had clear, straightforward options with numbers for me on how we could approach the problems. The pricing was very reasonable, and they even offered bundling discounts, which made it an incredible value! (Especially for the level of professionalism and quality service they provide.) It is rare to find a company where you genuinely feel comfortable having someone in your home, but that's exactly how I felt with Pierce. Phoned Barry late on Wednesday afternoon, and after describing my issue he suggested I phone the office to make an appointment. Phoned and spoke with Macy that afternoon and make an appointment for Friday morning (second in line for Friday). Around 0210pm on Friday I had to call the office as no one had come by the house nor called to let me know when I could expect someone. Was told they had a water line break they had to make a priority over my issue. Understandable. What was not was the fact no one thought it wise to not to not call a customer for roughly six hours that it was unlikely they would honor their appointment. Then tell me they could come after hours if I would pay the Over-Time rate. So, they would not honor their commitment and expect me to pay extra for their failure. Instead, I asked to reschedule. Macy offered a late Monday spot, but could not guarantee they could make it if other jobs ran late. Again, was told they could come outside hours if I paid OT rates for their inability to fulfill their commitment. She said I could get the first appointment for Tuesday, the next day. I took that option. So, Barry sends me a text at 0816am on Tuesday that he is running late as no one told him he had an appointment with me and he had to do something with a child at school. Adding that "I'll be there asap." I am typing this at 0125pm on Tuesday and Barry is not here yet nor has he or anyone from Turner Plumbing called to update. Just the facts. Make your own judgement.

Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with…read more One job we needed the outside water line shut off handle replaced which they did. They were supposed to pull up the toilet to see what the clog was (I knew my daughter had flushed a tooth brush) and replace the shut off to the toilet. We paid for all of that but the toilet was never pulled up and the shut off was not replaced. We replaced the toilet because they said they pulled it up and there was nothing there and the toilet just needed replaced. When we pulled it up we found the tooth brush. They did refund the entire amount after multiple calls complaining about the lack of work done. There was also items purchased to be put in the tank of toilet and those items have disappeared. Unfortunately used them again for a tankless water heater a few months later. They never return calls. They call to say they are on their way but don't arrive for at least 3 hours. Drag out the job multiple days. Horrible communication. Put dirty items on top of my clean towels I have folded on a shelf in my bathroom. I will absolutely never use them again. I have used this company for years for multiple things around my house but the last 2 calls will the absolute last!
