NOT LOYAL AT ALL!! MIKE THE OWNER FROM THE HICKSVILLE, NY OFFICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS AT ALL!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN!! I WAS A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS SINCE 2012 & THEY HAVE DEFINITELY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER!! The logo for my company was designed by myself & Minuteman Press Logo Designer in 2012 at the Hicksville, NY office for business cards & invoices, I paid extra money for this logo. Long story short I recently needed the logo design from them so I can get sweatshirts & t-shirts made, Mike the owner said that in 2012 I had not paid enough for the logo design & therefore in order to get my logo design emailed to me, I had to pay an extra $50 plus tax. Without any argument I said okay & gave my credit card information over the phone for payment. I asked for an email of my receipt as well as the logo design, Invoice & business card. Mike promised I would get the email in 15 minutes but I only received the company name part of the logo without the picture, which I made really clear that most importantly I needed the picture part of the logo & I could clearly see Mike had cut & pasted it from the business card. When I called back of course they were already closed so I called the next day at 9:30 am because I needed that logo emailed to the company making my sweatshirts & t-shirts, Vincent which is Mike's brother answered & I explained everything to him & he was very polite & nice & said Mike is the boss & makes the decisions so he will have to get back to you shortly but I never got a phone call back from Mike. I called back a few hours later & again Vincent answered & apologized for Mike not calling back. I told Vincent at this time I would have to move forward without the picture logo because I couldn't wait any longer but to please tell Mike to get back to me so we can discuss using the $50 plus tax as a credit for more business cards, invoices or even flyers for my company. This all happened last week Thursday & Friday, today is Thursday & since Mike has not called me back I decided to call him again & luckily this time he answered but as soon as I told him who I was, he became very defensive & did not want to work with me to make things right. Mike's customer service was or is horrible and he has lost a loyal customer since 2012 for good. read more
