On June 16, I scheduled my delivery for June 26 and was assured I would receive a call 24 hours in advance with my delivery window. Instead, on the morning of June 26, I received a notification that my delivery would not be made and was prompted to reschedule for July 10. After calling customer service, I was told my couch was already in their warehouse in Indiana and that they could deliver it on June 30. Based on that assurance, I rearranged my work schedule and accepted the new delivery date. On the morning of June 30, I received a text confirming my delivery window was between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Less than an hour later, I received another text stating my delivery was unavailable and prompting me, once again, to reschedule for July 10. This level of service is unacceptable. I've now rearranged my work schedule twice based on delivery commitments that were never honored. The communication has been inconsistent, the scheduling unreliable, and the customer experience incredibly frustrating. If you're ordering from Burrow, I strongly recommend declining the white glove delivery service if this is the company providing it. And if you're purchasing from another retailer that uses this delivery provider, I'd encourage you to consider taking your business elsewhere.
