He was accommodating to both parties that we need our cars (have small children/constantly running around) and worked with us to make sure the repairs were done timely! Given the hefty bill I'd see for the amount of damage, Dean worked with me to understand my options around fixes and how best to keep this as cost-conscious as possible for both vehicles. The repairs on my car were done same-day and look good as new. While the car was being repaired, they noticed I needed an oil change and one of my windshield wipers wasn't working properly (was mis-aligned) and they did those fixes free of charge given all of the other fixes I was about to have to cover for myself and the other person's vehicle. Jess took all the info and started handling all communication with insurance and enterprise even before we drove our car there. We got a free car rental and the insurance company accepted responsibility right away! The car we got back looked and felt brand new! Let start by saying, scammers! At the beginning everything appeared to be good. I started to get…read moresecond thoughts when the receptionist texted to let the insurance company know that the car "was there" already in their shop. When I told her otherwise and questioned, if they're doing this to ask for storage fees, she said no! We don't charge for storage. I told her I don't like to lie and I will bring the car when I get a date. Somehow, they ended up calling my husband to drop off the car because they need it to have the car there and would let me know when the appraisal would come to do the inspection. No one called me and unfortunately my husband dropped off the car. I should of trusted my instict! I told my husband that the place sounds fishy and I don't feel comfortable with their tactics just wasn't right and we would go pick up the car the following day. Aside from needing the car since we had to travel. I ended up calling to let them know that the car will be getting picked up and I would take it to a different place. I was told that now I have to pay for charges incurred, Im thinking okay well for less than 24 hours it won't be insane as long as I can take the car not knowing that the estimate was done that morning. When I get hit with the bill, 2,450.55. According to them 30% of whatever they got for appraisal, fees for Labor, storage, administrative, etc. Mind you the car was dropped off on a Thursday afternoon at 1:15pm and went the following day to pick it up at 1:30pm. This guy Eddie, said well if you would of told me to try to get more money from insurance and said to go half, we would of come to an agreement and split." He said that the agreement I signed they can change it whenever they feel like it because it'sbot what it says! I ended calling the insurance to alert them of the scam this people are doing and that's when I was told that the appraiser had already done the estimate that morning. No wonder they are growing their business scamming people asking all cash for money so they can avoid paying taxes and other fees. This guy guy came up with all sorts of excuses. I'm being charged because I don't want my car to get fixed there, that they have to pay for this program which takes them time to do the appraisal (mind you insurance does the work and sends their people), that he has to get paid, the lady has to get paid, that they have to order parts, when it was just appraised only hours. The only thing they did was to take money out, easy money. Be awared, please take your vehicles to a place where it's registered directly with the insurance company! It took less than a day for the scratches to be buffed out and now my aging car looks like it has a facelift. The mechanics here didn't smoke in my car or drive it around to waste my gas, which is what happened when I had to bring my car in a few months ago at a different place. Their service was fast and professional. The only downside is there is very little parking so when we we're getting my car examined I had to double park on the busy street.

He gave me a price on fixing my tailgate and it was kind of out of my price range for doing everything but he ended up doing it for free when I came to pick it up! Even washed the whole truck and shined the tires. I would go on a Saturday morning if you want an estimate on your car. On weekdays the parking is pretty bad being in an industrial area. I would strongly caution anyone against using this detailing company. I had my car detailed by them…read moreand it came back with major damage. In addition to scratches all over the roof and spoiler, they used chemicals and cleaners that should not have been used on my vehicle. This resulted in permanent stains on the exterior trim, staining throughout the wheel wells, and blotchy marks across the leather and interior trim. Another professional detailing company evaluated the vehicle and provided a written report. That report states the entire car now needs to be redone inside and out just to correct these mistakes, with an estimated cost of $400. That figure does not include the roof repair, which was estimated at an additional $500, the paint damage on the side mirror at approximately $100, or the cost to replace the permanently stained trim pieces... not to mention that they also ruined the carpeting in my trunk from cleaning it way too aggressively. I was also informed that the scratches on the spoiler and roof went through both the clear coat and the paint, which means those areas will require complete sanding and repainting to be properly corrected. To make matters worse, I later learned that the owner, Adam, is only 20 years old and that his LLC was created just two months before my appointment. In my experience, Adam handled the situation very poorly. Rather than taking responsibility, he was dismissive and argumentative, and he showed no willingness to make things right. He even had his father do the detailing work on my car. After I raised these issues, his communication became extremely unprofessional. He repeatedly texted me in a very unprofessional and immature manner, told me that because my security camera was not working I had no proof, and refused to cooperate in resolving the damage. I did eventually receive a refund for the original detailing charge, but it took significant back and forth just to get that much. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had. If you care about your vehicle, I strongly recommend staying far away from this company and taking your business elsewhere.
