The park is neat ran with rules that allows everyone to be proud of their space and the only place I know of you could leave home without locking the door. The security is strict among the residents and i would recommend Countryview to anyone looking for a Country yet still close enough to the city to have all the shopping and food you would have in a congestive area. The owners are very good people easy to work with and always has your best interest at heart.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this park. My dog (Milo) and I loved it. The weather was warm enough for us to take the paddle board out and enjoy the lake for all its stillness and beauty. The owner/builder invited us to enjoy a bonfire one evening. He discussed the finishing touches to his property and gave me recommendations for where I was heading next. It's great to speak with someone who knows the area. His place is unique, quiet, and relaxing. I would highly recommend stopping and staying as long as you'd like. After all he takes long term rentals. I'll definitely be back.

He cussed one of my employees that came over in a tow truck and told him to get the F**k off the property all because he was in a wrecker. Even made threats to shoot him. I inquired why he was so ugly to him and he said a trailer had been repo'd that day. Sooooo be ugly to people because your Residents don't pay their trailer payment. Ya ok. NO! He told me to pay my bill in person for the month (which I have in text) on Monday. 2 days after it was due. I pay 3 months at a time so I could "save the $10 credit card fee". Then when I tried to pay on Monday he attempted to charge me $40 late fee . I've watched as a TON of people have cleared out of this place all due to the Manager Bud. He's rude and has absolutely no Management experience. According to the Owner he was in a coma for 7 years and lost his ability to know when he's being ugly ‍. My yard was not taken care of, my neighbor mowed it for me. It's very sad to see a place like this deteriorate all due to poor Management. I truly hope Mr. Bud is fired and someone with knowledge and customer service skills is hired. Until then...... join me and about 4 other people that moved because of Bud at Austin Ranch next door. The pavilion is unbelievable, in ground fire pit with Adirondack chairs around it seating at least 10 people, an outdoor fully furnished kitchen area, full size bathroom, horseshoe pits and cornhole boards. In the center of the park is a community garden which is beyond cool! The pond has the most gorgeous sunsets you've ever seen also. The owners, Alisha and Mark,go above and beyond in participating with the community and I've witnessed them helping when they didn't have to. There were a few bad apples but the owner has seen that those bad apples are no longer here. He's really great about maintaining what he has done and is working to do upgrades to the property and sites. Since moving here, he has expanded our site to house a 3rd vehicle, added gravel to level our site, added sod and built a covered patio. He's working towards everyone having one. It's not as fancy as some parks and doesn't have amenities like a swimming pool or a basketball court but we do have a laundry room and a storm shelter (very important). There are a few RVs that could use a spring cleaning or remodel but they are slowly moving away and people who take better care of their stuff are replacing them. The people here and mgmt make all the difference in the world. The price is fair and very reasonable.
