It's been an Amazing place, pecans all over, quite, RV's are kept clean and the people tend to stay to themselves. Owner has provided a great location and ample of space for the Full timers. The staff is wonderful, the sites are all nice and level. Pool is beautiful and the clubhouse (fitness center, business center, bathrooms w/showers) is very nice and well kept. Although at the intersection of two major highways, we don't notice the noise much (although we live basically at that same intersection so maybe we are just used to it). The highways are elevated so that helps some.

The pool gives resort vibes with pretty waterfalls, very relaxing and peaceful. The RV spots are a great size, paved, and perfectly level. Although the park is conveniently located right off the highway, it's incredibly quiet. We didn't hear any road noise at all, and the park overall had a calm, peaceful atmosphere. We'll definitely be staying here again when we're in the area!
