There isn't any water in the fitness center so you have to leave to go to the office to get some or the bathrooms. Traffic in the area is a mess so plan on sitting on the 2 lanes roads for a minute. Internet connection is always struggling. The showers are beautiful but while the looks were focused on, the plumbing was not. The water gets luke warm at best.

It's been an Amazing place, pecans all over, quite, RV's are kept clean and the people tend to stay to themselves. Owner has provided a great location and ample of space for the Full timers.
