The community I live in is peaceful and surrounded by tall pine trees, chirping birds and lots of flowers plus flowering trees. The half dozen neighbors I have met and talked with so far are positive, very giving and friendly seniors.. If you enjoy quiet, peaceful senior living in a senior community, get on the waiting list for this one.. yes, there is a waiting list. There will always be a minority of maybe 5 percent in any community (even the very expensive gated communities) that are never happy and are very negative about just anything/everyone generally and moves on/out, because they are so unhappy, as is the case with the one negative review. The best strategy is to be kind, friendly and giving no matter what this small minority does, because that drives them up the wall. In other words, treat others as you want to be treated.

They are attentive to the needs of the residents and d respond quickly to complaints. They have hired a maintenance manager (John) who is warm, friendly, professional and hard working. I am so very pleased that we decided to stay here. If you are looking for a friendly community to live in this the place. We love it here now.

The spots themselves were gravel and seemed to be maintained nicely. The hookups worked perfectly and we had plenty of power to our 30 amp. The laundry facility was pretty good and the 24 hour access was handy. Also- the machines took cards which made things easy. The permanent residents keep their mobile homes clean and neatly landscaped. We didn't take advantage of any other amenities but I noticed they had a propane station which is convenient. The neighbors were friendly and the only complaint is the gunshots throughout the night. We stayed three nights over Christmas and I'm not sure If the shots were coming from the park itself or a neighboring property. Would return

Also had an additional outlet added in closet for the cordless vacuum and an additional outlet box on the exterior for the irrigation system. Very professional and did everything up to Code. Added the latter 2 jobs above by accessing thru crawl space using a general circuit instead of a dedicated Kitchen circuit that would have been easier and less work. We also appreciated the care with using "booties" that came on and off every single time they had to step in and out of our home. I would very highly recommend them and will definitely use them for the future!!!!

We did not find a unit that we liked, but our real estate agent told us that there might be a couple of empty lots in this part for rent, so we looked at them. We found one lot that would work great for us, so I took one of their flyers and called the office the next day. I spoke to Patrica and told her about the home we would like to place on the lot for rent. She told me that she would speak to the owners and give me a call back. A week went by and no call . I then called the office to see if anyone had made a decision. The phone rang and rang and then I got the sound of the call going to the fax machine. I tried this number three or four more times at various days and got the very same thing.. Not a good way to operate a business. We have since decided to pass on this business, as I would suggest that you do also.
