Have lived here since November 2022. Was not happy with the previous management. Park is now managed by Sterling Property Managment and they have done an exceptional job of righting the wrongs of the past managers. They are attentive to the needs of the residents and d respond quickly to complaints. They have hired a maintenance manager (John) who is warm, friendly, professional and hard working. I am so very pleased that we decided to stay here. If you are looking for a friendly community to live in this the place. We love it here now. read more

I have a friend who has lived in this park for several years. She said she has seen much-needed improvements throughout the park since the new management group took over. She said they also have a new manager overseeing the park and he has made many changes which makes the park a much better place to live. He is friendly, seems to care a lot about the residents, and ensures the park is a wonderful place to live. read more

Moved into this 55+ Mobile Home Park in 2018ish, it's a nice park, very quiet. I would like more yard area but I can live without much of a yard. My issue is with management, when you do get in touch with them they are rude and condescending, and they do not provide straight answers. We began experiencing low water pressure, I went through all the sink aerators and replaced a toilet valve before I tried putting a pressure gauge on a hose bib, 14psi. Washing machine won't work, pressure's too low. Tried calling the office in earnest 01.12.2022, they do not answer the phone, emails or concerns raised on their website. Someone dug a hole in front of our front steps, encircled it with CAUTION tape and walked away, this was 12.27.2021ish. Found a water hotline number, finally got an answer! Go to a hotel, they said, keep your receipts. Don't wanna go to a hotel, too far from the coffeemaker, fridge, stove, and the aforementioned washing machine. It's a toss-up, nice quiet park but the space rent and annual increases make it unaffordable and difficult to move out of once you are in here. And that is not an assumption, when selling your home, the new owners/tenants a subjected to a rate increase. Also the constant water interruptions without sufficient notice are unacceptable. Sans Souci is under new management. I live in the Park and I am optimistic about the improvements that are being made.

My wife and I have lived in our manufactured home in Sans Souci for over six years now. The first thing that caught my eye was the overall appearance of the park. The many tall trees and winding streets were far better than many of the other parks we looked at. It truly looks like we are living in a park. The amenities are available for our enjoyment -- the pool, the clubhouse, the events -- they all contribute greatly to life at Sans Souci. Probably, the best ameninity we enjoy are the people who live here. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. That is key. read more

There is a reason there are soooooooo many units for sale in this park. Management is slower than molasses in January to do anything including process applications. Cost per lot is ridiculously high and the increase it every time the law lets em. If the property mananagement company was to change and the replaced manager with someone who cared, it would be a great place to live, but there is nothing what so ever to indicate the property owners care or are going to make it better...STAY AWAY -- AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! read more

The management are nothing but a bunch of bullies. How can an elderly person who lives alone be able to climb on the roof? When the family does do what is asked the tenant is still threatened with EVICTION! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Now that my mom has passed away they are THE MOST UNCARING people. My mom died and they put that she passed away on their SUNSHINE section of the community newsletter I don't know about you all but somebody passing away is not SUNSHINE! The office manager Lu is one of the most tactless, uncaring, rude and emotionless people I've ever met! I can't stand that place, my mom started out living there with land rent being $450 it is now over $1200! My sister was taking care of my mom and she's under 55 so they said she must leave my MOM JUST DIED and they forced my sister to be homeless. Beware of these BULLIES your parents aren't safe there from their rudeness. read more

My grandma has been living at Sans Souci for 3 years now and we're huge fans. I know some folks have commented on the rent being high, but with the residential community setting (most of the lots have decent sized yards) swimming pool, clubhouse and shared utilities + cable, you get a lot of added amenities that other mobile home parks don't have. read more

Do NOT BE LURED IN! Management is deceptive about rent increases (and just about everything else), in the many years (more than 10) I was there my rent more than doubled. Constant water shutoffs and amenities taken away year after year. Clubhouse and pool are for show only. Because the rules constantly change making it not worth the bother. They do not maintain the septic system as promised, you WILL pay for cleanout maintenance and they will lie to you about the last time it was cleaned out. If you want to make improvements to your space you must get management approval, well, Good Luck With That! a 2 year old has better communication skills for important things than they do. Want to install a heat pump? you must first get permission, a shed? not without SPECIFIC approval (you may need some luck with that) Remove a preexisting bush to make your yard your own? Your renting your yard and many there have paid the price for that creative mistake without approval. Their constant bullying and threatening news letters makes one living there in constant fear of losing their home. One wrong move and you will receive an eviction notice! I kept my place clean and maintained. I put thousands into my home, thinking I would never have to move again, but my bank account just wasn't big enough for them. If you want to live worry free and happy in your community in your retirement years you just may want to reconsider moving there. You'll have a wonderful first year and after that you'll be looking for a way to escape this very controlling compound, no matter how big your bank account is. Think about it, this park was built in the 70s you'll constantly be dealing with plumbing problems if your looking at an older mobile home no matter how pretty they have made it up top. The cable system there is also outdated and not capable of delivering optimum service. I'm speaking for many here with my lived experience and theirs. I truly regret taking a chance on my future there, if the people that still live there weren't so afraid of retribution they would be speaking out too! If your seriously thinking about buying there, try talking to the neighbors around that home and ask some questions. Who knows maybe you'll get some honest answers. If you would have knocked on my door my fear would have held me back, but you would have left wondering. read more

This place is under new management and has gotten worse , they send septic company's out to check water meters in the middle of the night , they do not give residents notices that they are even doing after hours septic and water meter checks, this is a place where elderly are supposed to live peacefully but management harasses the elderly after hours in the middle of the night, and also through out the day, please please do not allow your elderly loved ones to live here , it is ran by terrible people. read more

Sans Souci is not a mobile home park I would recommend. In six years my space rent increased by 300 dollars a month. I was paying more rent but having more and more rules impossed on me. The reasons I moved there were taken away. I felt like I lived in a communist country. New rules almost monthly. The monthly news letter was often filled with rude derogatory remarks and threats. They are prey on the elderly and others in the park. When someone's home burnt down right after they signed their yearly lease Sans Souci forced them to pay 12 months of rent when they couldn't live there. This is only one example of despicable behavior. I will be exposing more capitalistic greed that makes the owners Natzis. read more

Watch your back when dealing with Tom he just charged my 89 year old Mom $700 to remove a steel shed after she moved moved. Never said a word about it. what a piece of sh&* anyone thinking of moving there Id suggest you keep looking as long as Tom T is still managing the place read more

When my wife and I hit the middle 80s, we deciced to sell our home(maintance), and move into a 55+ community, and relax. We went to many parks, and found the Sans Souci to our liking. We waited for at least a month until we found the home we wanted. The park is well taken care of, and no complaints there. But now let us talk about the owner and management. If you want to live in hell, and be treated as a lower class , go ahead and rent here. We moved here aa year ago, and have no less than 6 threating letters of eviction if we did not comply. The owner and Mgr. drive thru the park, and look at each sit. If She sees something, she wont talk to you, she writes a threating letter. She and the Mgr. on the road, seen a concrete block wall about 3 ft. tall that was the existing wall when we bought that went into the back of the existing shed. She wrote a threating letter to get rid of the firepit. when I told them it was not a firepit, only the back entrance to the shed. The septic system was slow draining when we bought, and when it finally plugged, they blamed us for useing too much paper, and was billed $384.00. We installed a gate from our back yard into the carport, and received a letter to remove the gate, as we did not ask for permission, and we might be trying to hide something. if you want to live in Hell, try Sans Souci in Puyallup WA. read more
