Guess they didn't look hard enough because the date the photo was really taken was on their screen shot. Attached are pics of the two weight pictures (drop off and pick up), a screen shot of the text message exchange and a close up showing the actual time stamp. The biggest thing is that I had a dog with special needs that was away from home not eating and I wasn't getting communication.

Let me be frank, if my pup was not good, it was not sugar coated. She let me know what needed work and also what they were doing well and seeing improvements. On pick up day, we walked to the local park and practiced the commands and learned how to properly use the tools that she used to our advantage. I highly recommend Savannah for anyone who wants to really invest in their pups well being. She made sure to teach manners and not go against the dogs personality (ex. Winston's version of down is front first vs the normal butt first). She isn't a "one and done" for our pup, we still have homework or else the pup may revert back.
