They all seem happy to be working at this office. I'm a woman and I prefer female dentists and hygienists and that is what they offer here. Anyone can go but this place just feels especially for the girlies. If you know, you know. I get my cleanings and checkups and I get masseter Botox done. I grind my teeth at night when I sleep and this has helped me stop without the need for a night guard. The prices are reasonable and they have an in house membership plan that I use. I've been to a lot of dentists but this is my dentist now and I'll be going here until the wheels fall off.

I said I called at 9:00 on Oct 7th, 11 days ago to confirm the appointment and they did confirm it was for the time I had scheduled. Eleven days later I arrived and they said they could not see this call however my phone shows that the call lasted 2:30 min on Oct 7th. I had never consented to reschedule or cancel. They said they could reschedule but I told them I took my daughter out of school and 2 hours out of my day to be at the appointment I scheduled months ago. They again said they tried to call but were unable to reach me. I see no such call listed on my phone and, did I mention I called them and confirmed 11 days prior? This isn't even the first time they did this. They cancelled another appointment without my consent last summer. I've been a patient for less than a year and they did this twice? I've never had a dentist arbitrarily cancel your appointment without consent. Additionally, I called on 9/17 at noon to confirm the appointment. Nobody answered the phone. I left a message and nobody returned the call. Tried again on 9/19 at 6:33 AM. Left a message. No return call Tried again on 9/19 at 9.43 AM. Nobody answered the phone. Left a message. No return call Prior to this, I have driven 30 minutes to ask a question that took seconds to answer because nobody answers the phone and nobody returns a call. Again, I haven't even been a patient there for a year and have never seen such disregard for they patients time. \ Additionally, I was prescribed a procedure that cost me $3000. A friend of mine who goes there said they charged him over $10,000 for the work they did. Recently I red a review of another person that said they have a tendency to charge exorbitant fees for services and this seems to be confirmed by my own experience. Go somewhere else.

Upon further review I had 4 tiny cavities that were starting and should be addressed before they started hurting and DID NOT need a root canal!!!!! Like what!?!?!? When I went back for my filing I was terrified. Needles!? A drill? No thanks. But the staff, especially Jenny, was kind, patient and wonderful. She took the time to explain things to me and even held my hand when I got the Novocain (that barely even hurt). Dr. Moore is WONDERFUL. HORRIBLE.... Stay away!!!!…read more I've attached photos to show how horrible this dentist is. I saw this dentist for ten years, thousands of dollars. I had a chip in my front tooth for years that was less than 1/16th" and Dr Dugas cut off more than half of my front tooth to fix it (see pics). He then painfully tried to match the color and was unable. I went back for a second three hour procedure and the color was unbelievably wrong again. After he saw how bad the color match was, and offered to repair it. After Dr Dugas offered to repair the damage he caused, I went back the office for the third time and was told the repair would be another $1300. Please do NOT GO TO THIS DENTIS!!! I tried to have the damage repaired by another dentist and was told it's permanent and cannot be fixed. The only reason for the five stars is the dental hygienists that work there. The actual dental work ruined my smile for life. Please pick any other dentist. I have recommended this dentist to many people, and hope they didn't have the same horrible experience I did.

Solid Yelp reviews, super friendly when scheduling and I had no issues with my appointment. They even called and offered sooner dates when they were available. Next, the office is absolutely beautiful. I loved the giant saltwater fish tank in the lobby and the jams they had playing were my favorite. I hadn't even opened my mouth yet and I was happy. My dental hygienist was super sweet, attentive, and informative. I especially liked how she walked me through my xrays tooth by tooth. I've never felt so informed. They had televisions to watch during cleanings but I opted for my favorite crime podcast and popped in my headphones. After my cleaning, we discussed my concerns and set a few plans in place to get what I want. My parents spent a lot of money on my smile when I was younger and I want to make sure to keep up with it. Review for Premier Allergy & Asthma (Delaware, OH Office)…read more I began allergy shots for cat and pollen allergies at Premier Allergy's Delaware, OH office in August 2024. In spring 2025, a new policy mandated a 20-minute post-shot wait time, which wasn't part of my initial agreement and would have deterred me from starting this costly, elective treatment. When I voiced concerns, staff directed me to email a provided address to dispute the policy, but I received no response. A nurse suggested there were likely no consequences for leaving early, so I did so for four visits without any warning or communication from staff. On July 23, 2025, I was suddenly informed (without prior notice) that if I left early that day, I'd need to find a new provider. Due to a work commitment, I couldn't stay and was sent a transfer of care form. I scheduled with Ohio ENT for August 1, and they sent the request to transfer to Premier that day. I called weekly to see if my vials had been transferred and had no success. Despite multiple follow-ups, on August 19, Premier Allergy called to inform me that my vials had expired and were contacting my insurance to get the cost for refill. As of august 23 I've heard absolutely nothing further delaying my treatment to now a month. The lack of communication, abrupt policy enforcement, and failure to promptly address the transfer of care despite follow-ups reflect incredibly poor customer service. I strongly suggest NOT using Premier Allergy & Asthma and recommend choosing Ohio ENT or another allergist instead.

Super challenging. He recommended about 2 years of weekly shots. Having to go once a week and stay for at least a half hour is a tough. This office makes it as easy as it possibly could be considering all factors. The hours are pretty convenient. I have even had them take me when I am a few minutes late or came at the wrong time by accident. However, I needed some simple x-rays of my teeth and either the x-ray holder was TOO BIG for my mouth or the "hygenist?" was placing them incorrectly and they wouldn't go in. I said, OW. YOU'RE HURTING ME. So she shoved harder and started fussing like a 2 year old. I said, STOP. THEY DON'T FIT. DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. She stamped her feet, fussed like a baby and said, so you are refusing the procedure? NO, i said. IT DOESN'T FIT. DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. She called in another staff member to complain that i was Un-Cooperative or something. This staff member did NOTHING USEFUL. Didn't even speak to me at all. 1st woman- then braced herself like she was pushing a bolder up a mountain and began SHOVING the appliance back into my mouth. It still didn't fit. I was in so much PAIN that i nearly jumped out of the chair. Almost to tears, the 1st highly trained and skilled "hygenist" finally brought in Dr. Cheung. I told him the appliance didn't fit in my mouth. Please do something different. He immediately told them to do the xray a different way. No problems. It was done in a moment. Professional. I DON'T BELIEVE that the xray film would not fit in my mouth with the application of even the slightest professionalism or patience or that ANY of the fussing and violence to my mouth associated with getting the x-ray was even necessary. Any person even remotely interested in actually getting the job done- would have accomplished this simple task with almost no trouble at all. I was very happy with how knowledgeable the entire staff was - from teaching me about my dental health to insurance coverage. The office was clean and had some cool equipment that made my services easier than other dentists I've been to. I had all day and they were super flexible with fitting me in during canceled appointments to get x-rays, my exam, fillings, night guard scanning, and a cleaning!
