I wasnt cautious about cleaning my teeth while i still had them on, i was close to developing periodontal disease, so my then dentist recommended Dr Miller Sr. I went through a number of in office surgeries, there was absolutely no pain, and the dr and his staff were always checking on my progress,. Now, as a precaution, i alternate teeth cleanings between my dentist and the periodontist. Dr Miller, Jr and his staff are all Stars!!

Dr. Stephen Malik is thee best dentist I have ever had in my life. He cracks me up and is absolutely hilarious you'll sure to have a good laugh if not a wonderful smile. The 1st Bridge didn't take to 1of the Implants! Then the next model was slatted & was doing damage to my bottom teeth! I asked for straight front teeth & that is when it really started at that office! They didn't even bother to make a temporary model for what I wanted, instead went right to the final! After years of continuing to plead with Dr. Heller he decided to use another lab! Thinking this would finally fix my problems! I went to visit that lab which I had to pay out of pocket to do so! At that lab she couldn't even believe that they would put that final product in my mouth! Also came to find from her that the lab could only do what Dr. Heller would allow her to do to my mouth! Terrible care for a patient! Last visit I won't forget! I asked him not to put his final product in my mouth & to just put the temporary back in my mouth! His reply was you're not going to "tell me what to do" and proceeded to put the final in my mouth saying I am not going to be liable! That office should have been liable for getting it right at any cost for what I had to go through for all those years! As for the office experience that wasn't any better! So much more could be told about how Terrible of an Experience it was...Hopefully this can help someone not make the wrong choice of choosing this Dentist Office! I came on my first visit I was completely impressed by the atmosphere, they even have charges for your cell phone if you need it. I sat down in the lady kept asking me if I have insurance, I informed her that I did but she keep asking as if she didn't believe me. Then Kelly took very through x-rays and she knows how to put you at ease as if you are at Disney world. The people here are great, but some rough patches with communication. It was discovered that I needed a lot of work done, including a root canal, which I feared would be the case. So I set an appointment to get this done, but I set an earlier appointment to get the crown done, so that I wouldn't lose the filling I had from A previous time. So when I can to the appointment, the lady said okay, I understand we are doing a root canal, and clean the left side of your mouth. and was confused because I was there for something completely different, I think one of the things that should be done is have something written out which plan of action is being taken at each appointment, so their is no confusion, especially in cases when their is a lot of work to be done. They made it work with my insurance, that is the thing that I am most grateful about this place, Dr Papp is legendary, I have a maybe a handful of dentist in my life, and from my experience, he is truly, a cut above the rest. when I went to my 4th appointment, the root canal that final got done, was a supper-smooth process, he dialogs great with customers, and he is world class. If you get a choice I would go With "big papa!" That's what I call him in my head. This location doesn't discuss preventive care much with patients, so it is important to make sure you ask them, to keep the work they do intact. If you make an appointment, they will not leave you in the dark, the with email you and text you often to remind you, so they have great follow-up, But If you can't make an appointment let them know because they have a big customer base They bake cookies fresh every day so they definitely make an effort, to make a great atmosphere, But just a few things to work out.

It was pointed directly at my left eye. Overall, just a really bad impression. Later, when I called 24 hours in advance because I had to cancel an appointment... I was billed a $25 "broken appointment fee" - despite providing the advanced notice. The explanation, which you will not find by ANY search of the website... was that they *really*needed 48 hours. Okay. Noted. I will not be going there again. The people are nice I'm sure, but it's not a very professional organization. Doesn't inspire confidence at all. Not recommended.

I shared about my mission to reach the south side of Columbus through Stowe Church. It is not common for people to experience someone walking up to them to share how Jesus loves them and how he wants to meet them wherever they are, regardless of their past. This conversation led to us having an extremely candid conversation about our families and how we used our struggles to continue to push forward. The point of sharing this moment with my dental hygienist is to emphasize that you can go to several different dental offices to get your teeth cleaned with a side of small talk. Dr. Kaur has staffed her office with caring, compassionate, and courageous individuals. This investment in patients in addition to their health is something that cannot be matched.
