After my daughter's passing, they showed me a surprising amount of support and extra care. Not always or necessarily extra treatments, but these people and their customer service goes beyond treating myself and others like just quality customers that fill their pockets. But they treat their clients/customers like the humans we are and really consider us as a whole being that just wants to be considered for the things we've experienced and help aid us to get better. All that to say, I love going to the chiropractor. I love how the adjustments make me feel and in a funny way they really feel like family. At least for me. I really appreciate Dr Greys approach and overall kindness and consideration for my feelings and emotions and with the small amount of information or knowledge into my life. I have a lot of trust for Dr Grey when it comes to his treatment suggestions, adjustments, and he is always willing to work with me when I can't afford certain treatments or make the whole payment for each visit. But He's also great at considering my body autonomy which speaks volumes and is SO important being a young woman. I pay out-of-pocket and when my daughter first passed, I quit my job and eventually became too broke to afford regular visits and also ranked up a decent bill on my account and even after I technically ghosted them, they reached out with a complimentary adjustment in hopes that I wouldn't regress and to make sure I'm doing well. That means a lot and it gave me the opportunity to express my appreciation for their patience and ensure them that I have full and total intentions of paying off my account and I intend to be a patient at Dr Greys chiropractic private practice for as long as I live or for as long as they continue to serve this community. I would NEVER WVER recommend this doctors office to anyone. My husband saw dr shane leavitt who…read moreaccused him of abusing his medication when the reality was that he never abused it he took less than recommended and also had constant issues with getting prescriptions sent to the pharmacy at all. He said it was suspicious that we had to call the office multiple times to have prescriptions sent over after they said it was over TEN TIMES. Then when his PA Dillon advised my husband to up his dose from a 5mg to a 10mg every 4-6 hours they consistently sent the prescription in wrong and only for 5mg. They distinctly made him appear as a drug seeker when he started off saying he didn't want to take the meds at all, then when they recasted him at 4 weeks as planned the doctor said there was 15 prescription sent over and that this would be my husbands final refill and taper down of opiates which we we're completely excited about! We'll two hours later we call the pharmacy and shocker no script sent. We call the doctors office and get a call back from dr leavitt himself saying we had picked up all 15 scripts. Not true at all it was 4 which was exactly what he had prescribed and exactly on time each time never early. Then he discontinued treatment and threatened my husband with being redlined at the pharmacy, I spoke with the pharmacist who knows us very well and recommended reporting him to the board of medicine. Which will be done tomorrow first thing! Oh best part! When he discontinued medication treatment he also refused further treatment for his broken hand/arm. So he left my husband with broken bones and a cast with no doctor for treatment. He also refused to set my husband up with a new doctor or recommend a new doctor for him. He's an awful person. And doctor. Even threatened to punch my husband while putting the cast on. Don't ever let him touch or treat your body he discriminates against people of color and people with tattoos and piercings as well. If I could say anything to Dr. Leavitt communicate with your PA and if you're unable to do that, don't be a doctor. Obviously, your PA is more educated than you are.

I'd like to think I'm knowledgeable enough to find my on answers to fix these things on my own, like I have in the past, but this was serious and it was only getting worse. After just one simple evaluation and Luke had the tool and the exercise that bright balance and ultimate healing to by stiff AF elbow. I had been working out a lot and created in imbalance which caused the tendons and ligaments to inflame. Luke showed me this simple rubber thing that when I would bend it with my arms certain in a specific position that works other muscles that were opposite to what muscles I usually overworked. That simple balancing of agonist and antagonist muscles made my pain gone, and function returned before the week as over. Very competent PT help at this place. They gave a small amount of homework and it brought balance that let my tendons and ligaments not be so strained, imbalanced and angry. Don't suffer with injuries thinking they're age-related or that you just don't have it in you anymore. The human body is amazing and Luke proved that. I just needed little help. Horrible Horrible billing problems! Would have given it minus stars if yelp let me. I went to…read moresee them twice and decided it was not what I needed. I paid my portion of the billing each time with a credit card - 6 months later I received a bill and I had not even been there. I drove down to the office to get it straightened out and no one would talk to me (they have in-house billing) and the front desk woman was so incredibly rude. I called the phone # on the bill and a woman who works for them checked into it and said that it was their fault and that they had billed my insurance incorrectly and promised to take care of it telling me to ignore any other bills or notices. So here I sit 5 months later with a new letter from a collection agency. BEWARE and go somewhere else if you have a choice. The only satisfaction I have is knowing they will only get half of the $127 they wrongly billed me because they have to pay the collection agency.
