Whenever I reach out to RPG they are all extremely responsive, from Liz in the office, to the property manager Chad Fetterman, right down to the owner Robert Marvin, they have all been just great to deal with. They are quick to respond and very friendly and they ensure things are getting done in a timely manner. The guys that work in the development taking care of maintenance issues, etc. are all terrific too. After living in an HOA setting for several years, I can truly say that RPG does a great job, through the years I have dealt with other property management companies that don't hold a candle to RPG for service, maintenance and follow-up! And after two once in a hundred-year storms hit the Victor NY area in as many years they did a great job orchestrating and managing the massive cleanup and repair jobs.. I give them an A+

The owner has a short temper and takes it out on homeowners. Have had to call the town on them many times for violations. Rather than deal with issues they will start to retaliate against you. We are now 8 weeks past closing date for my purchase of a property Nothnagle agent listed. After…read moreless than 24 hours on the market, the Nothnagle seller accepted my all cash, over asking price, w/o an inspection contingency, 30-day closing offer for their listing which stated in the MLS description that materials were already ordered for repairs that would be completed before closing. All parties signed a contract stating that closing would be on or before I closed on my former property (which took place on 10/25/18.) But, on Nov 6th I find out that not only are the materials NOT yet ordered, but that the property is not in compliance with HOA rules from prior repairs, and the seller is unable to fulfill the terms he made in the contract. The Nothnagle agent never responded to several of my offers to arrange pre-posession or seller concessions to remedy the burdens that each day not closed causes me. So I guess Nothnagle sellers can fail to perform as promised without any consequence & at the cost of the buyer. A written agreement which includes a Time is of the Essence clause means nothing to them. What a nightmare the last 8 weeks have been, and now that the seller is finally prepared to close, today claims he has a "new offer" and is holding it over my head to strong-arm me into closing on terms which benefit the delinquent seller and cost me for the mistakes he made with 4 major structural repairs and the HOA approval/certification process. One way to see how good of a Realtor you've got -- they're either going to stick up for you or they're going to try to force you to close so they can get paid.

She appraised it for 145k in 2020, even though we had made several improvements since the initial appraisal. She had zero notes or comments in her appraisal. When I questioned her she refused to tell me who she worked for or reported to. She defended her appraisal by saying the housing market had changed since 2013. It has indeed it is much stronger and prices locally have risen 6.2 % in the last 12 months alone. When I pointed that out she said I hadn't figured in depreciation. Wow, Patricia houses depreciate in value??? She then tried to say no she meant the upkeep on my home. When I contacted the lender I was told all the pictures of my home looked as if it was new or newer. The lender had to have it's own appraisal department do its own valuation. Stay away from this woman....far, far away!

She impressed me from the start with her prompt and professional communication, knowledge of the my specific neighborhood, vendors, and willingness to help in whatever way possible. Tina took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like lightning quick communication, extreme knowledge of the current market, assisting me with ANYTHING I needed, checking in on repairs/closing requests, having Open House cookies and so much more. My house had a FULL PRICE OFFER within a day of our Open House. I am so thankful for her professionalism, knowledge and kindness.
